I just spoke to Montana Attorney Generals Office as it is a Montana area code however the business is a scam and isn't out of Montana. The phone number is a VOIP (voice over IP) so it can't be tracked purchased through a company called Pacific Telecom Communications Group in Los Angeles who has a bad reputation. I then called the FTC at 877-382-4357 to file a complaint. They also said this sounds like a scam. They have been calling me for over a month 4-7 times a day. When they call just set down the phone and walk away or do something incredibly annoying that will force them to hang up on you. From now on I'm going to scream into the phone until they hang up. I'll give them the same annoyance they give me everytime they call.
