Honestly, they keep saying that my "paperwork" has come across their desk or something crazy and they don't say who they're with or anything. If you don't give me a company name or something, I won't call you back. I say it's SPAM!!

I received a call from Amber Knight saying she needed to get my statement to update the paperwork she has on her desk. If this is a bill collector, I don't know why they are calling me since i don't owe anyone anything. The calls are frequent and very annoying. I do not answer calls from numbers I am not familiar with. After all I pay for my phone service for ME to use and not for everyone else to use.

they do not mention the business or purpose of the call. I will not have them upset my family member. they are elderly and do not need unknowns to be on the phone harrassing them

This is a collection agency. They are leaving a message on unknown number about paper work that has been filed. Trying to get you to return a call to them. This is against the FDCPA. Do not respond to them.
