Yes, it's Diversified Consultants, based in Florida, calling on a wireless connection from an office, or through a router in Charlotte. We bought a new home, and got our new number from ATT here in S. Carolina. Then D.C.'s calls started, looking for someone named James Galt. I have personally called D.C. four times to get our number off their hit list. Each time, they lie to me and say they aren't making the calls and that my number isn't in their system. I tell them that Caller ID, which we have, shows this number and it IS theirs. I've told them I'm not James Galt, which they know full well, because they have Caller ID too. I suspect they continue to call because it makes them look good to their clients. In other words, if D.C. can't actually locate James Galt, at least they can tell his creditors that they are "trying". It covers up their failure. I'm looking at call screening devices now.
