Call with the disguise of wanting a donation and will come by your home to get it--and perhaps rob you.

Female voice (American accent) asked for "Mr. or Mrs. (last name)." I answered I was (the Mr.) Female caller said nothing else and immediately hung up. I tried to call the number back, but the phone screen indicated that the local area code number was an international call. Upon searching the number, I saw this thread revealing it to be some sort of a scam.

They claim to be calling for clothing donations. They continue to call MULTIPLE TIMES EACH DAY despite me telling them I have nothing to donate and regardless of my multiple requests to remove me from their call list.

It’s a clothing donation charity. They call asking if you have any clothing or useable items to donate. If you do they schedule a truck to come by and pick up your stuff. Not a spam. Unfortunately they call at all hours especially if you do not pick up the phone. Just tell them you don’t have anything and to remove you from their list.

Call every day. Refuse to remove my number from their calling list.

Constantly calls. Almost every day. I block the call and they continuously call from another number even after I've asked to be removed from their call list.

This number calls me 3 times a day. Last one at 9pm. This is horrible. I don't answer and they hang up when recorder comes on.

When they call (very regularly) I pick up the phone and put it down on the desk and let them listen to whatever is going on at our house and tie up THEIR line for a while.  Don't know how long they stay on, because I never even put my ear to the phone.....just hang up after a while.Unfortunately, it hasn't really deterred them, but it makes me feel better!

We are on the no call list so please take us off your call list. We have had about 6 calls already this week and am sick of it so please stop.

They call and hang up every day. No human or automative machine says anything on the other line. I tried calling back but the number is disconnected.

I keep getting this number calling ALL hours of the day! Its getting annoying. We have a call block on our phone. It only rings once but it is so often it still is annoying. I answered twice to yell at them to stop calling and it was like a fax, then another time no one was there.

These people call all the time at all times of the day. They won't stop, it's ashame you can't getthem to stop calling. I just don't answer the phone no more. Let the answer machine get it. Theywill leave a message once in a blue moon, I just delete the call.

I received a call from an unavailable number stating that they're American Red Cross looking for donation items for pick up. They called back with this number, 210-431-3726 and looks like its a Thrift Store and some people reported them as scam. Then I got another call from this number 877-977-0987. Appears that sometimes they say they're for Children's hospital and sometimes they say they're for Veterans, and sometimes they say they're for American Red Cross. I wouldn't trust them. I'll just drop off my items at the Salvation Army. They even asked if I have an e-mail to give to them. NO WAY I WOULD! and they better NOT call me back.

I called the store and was told that Isabel Cano was the "Donations Department" manager. The person I spoke with, Barbera, took my name and number and said that she would pass my number along to have it removed. We'll see what happens.

The local store person who is in charge of this is Blanca Garza. I suggest eveybody call her at the store number - 431 3700 - at least ten times a day. The Corporate office is in Houston - 713.699.4733 - and is also called Family Thrift Center; They told me San Antonio has its own call center and that number is 210-333-0055. If you call this number you go right back to the store an Blanca. Houston also told me that they are doing this as a nonprofit and admitted freely that they are a profit organization. Whenever you all have time call all these people as often as possible -  this besides reporting them to everyone...
