They reached out via text saying….. “Good Afternoon (address me by my actual name) yesterday I drove by (gave an address). You still there? AP Solutions” They knew my name. However, the address they gave was incorrect.

Just like one of the others on this site stated, it was a text giving my name and address, stating that they were in that area and said that they "need to address a few things." This seemed suspect, so I didn't respond. Got another text over a month later saying "lets dive deeper into more information regarding..." then stated my property. I will now block them.

They said they went through my address. The text made no sense. They referred to me by my name & actual address. Then called me 3x in a row. Spam.

I didn't recognize the area code and wasn't expecting an out of state call, so I didn't answer. They left a 25 second voicemail consisting of background noise (moving water and a tv?). Useless voicemail. No name. No intent. No callback.
