Jackass Utility Spammers

I got an alert. Not a text, no call, just a notification that I had a VM & a call link that was NOT my provider's number. I couldn't delete it and had to call my provider for technical assistance to clear it from my phone. BEWARE!

Very muffled call from a woman. There was a small child in the background. She was angry with child. I better call back if I know what's good. Didn't say who she represented,just nasty!!!

Left message after I didn't answer. The first part of the message was cut, but he mentioned something about "express" so and so, a company I had supposedly put an application in with.

Calls every day now, leaves msg claiming to be 'Ron' and selling 'burial insurance'. Clearly someone sold cell number.

I received this call after talking to someone at Smart Energy offering a month of free eccentricity. May have been connected. They left a blank voicemail.
