Macy's card possibly. Called at 8:30pm and put me on automated wait.

All of a sudden 2 calls daily - arghhhhhh- how do we stop this???

They call 5 times a day, never leave a message. I called the number back and it was Macy's Credit Card. I informed them that I had paid my balance online, and they promised to take me off their list. I made it clear that if I am not taken off their list immediately, they will be reported.

I got 3 calls today. I answered the 3rd call, I heard someone breathing but they didn't say anything!

Well it started five days ago the mccs calls and we pick up it gos to mail voice and we let it hold but no one anwers its starting to irratate me

they keep callin at least 2x's day... i do not answer and will not... they can dial all they won;t but will not get anyone answering the phone same as all numbers i do not know !!

In one day I got 4 calls. I asked to be taken off the list--they said they didn't have a list. When I asked for a supervisor, Daniel said "I'm sorry there is interference on the line, I cannot hear you." When I called back: same guy, same "I cannot hear..." They say Macy's...but I'm going to talk to the store and cancel my card.

Get this call everyday, never leaves a message. Don't know why. I keep getting student loan collection calls for someone with some crazy name who doesn't even live here.

Calling our phone number all the time. Based on other posts they are collections or Macy's but we do not have anything overdue or outstanding.

Same problem as others. Keep calling me and no messages. I called them back and recording stated they are a debt collector trying to collect a debt. I do not have any outstanding debt and all my bills are current. After being on hold for a long time I hung up.

Calls start early morning and continue. When we answer, no one will speak. When answering maching picks up, no one has ever left a message.

I get calls from this number at least 2x a day. I have for the past 2 weeks. No one is there and if I let the phone ring they do not leave a message on the answering machine.

Repeated wrong number. Told them on the do not call list and they have the wrong number. Cannot take the hint.

I went on the BBB site and the number is for Macy's credit services. They had the wrong number as I do shop at Macy's. I hope that this helps.

MCCS calls me several times a day. I answered on one occasion and they put me on hold because all their operative were busy! This has been going on for weeks.

This number calls the house daily. Almost always no one to talk to on the other end. The one time I did speak with someone they had such a heavy accent that I couldn't understand what they were trying to tell me.

They call me night and day. Often times before I am even awake. I think they are hired by Macys. IT is always a message to stay on the line. It seems crazy that they are so vigilant for my small payments. I know I am running late, but I do pay. I have already gotten 3 or 4 calls this Saturday morning all for $29 dollars due for a $300 total balance. They got a payment earlier this month and another one on line 1 day ago ( that probably did not register) I realize that I should should be paying on time and do when I can, but It seems like A lot of money wasted paying these callers for a small amount.

Several calls a day, no one live on other end. Sometimes a recording asking me to wait. I routinely ignore their calls, but it is annoying.

MCCS calls at least five times a day and no one ever answers. The other end always has silence and honestly it's getting really annoying.

Has called numerous times daily for about 2 weeks, almost 10 times a day from the same number each time. We pick up the phone and an automated machine says please hold and then silence every time.

They called at 0950 am, 0240 pm and now at 0518 pm. When I told her to stop calling as I have do not call registry and you, she switched to speaking spanish after I told her I do not speak spanish.I told her I was hanging up again. Very persistant.

I get about 5 phone calls a day within about a three hour time span. When I pick up, I wait for about two minutes before someone comes on. And if i let it go to voicemail, there is never a message left.

This MCCS company or whatever it is has called my house on four times on January 21 at the following times: 10:19AM, 12:31PM, 5:16PM, and 7:42PM. Also they have called five times today January 22 at 1:43PM, 3:51PM, 5:09PM, 7:07PM, 8:41PM. AWEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Constantly calling demanding payment, when payments have been already made! At LEAST 6 phonecalls in one day!

the only way to get them to stop calling after you've made an online payment is to call them and give them the date and amount of your online payment. For some reason, it takes them FIVE DAYS to process. If you don't call them and tell them this, they'll call every day for those 5 days!
