If this is an agent of Macy's, they should leave a message so I can find out what they want. I don't answer unsolicited calls. Called Macy's customer service, there is no reason for them to call. Probably a scammer.

They call me everyday and it's definitely annoying. I will gladly tell my wife to close our Macy's bill. Someone should take this information to the attorney general's office to have them shut down.

They are also using OHIO CALL 513-573-8717. Must have a lot of time on their hands. They are just phishing for your info.

I get no calls but after 1 macys collection call they started calling. collection co useing Ur info. call macys and ask them to forward info to there consumer protection department. talk to someone in a u.s. call center.I didn't enter any info from my card and just pressed 0. 866-593-2543

I am never late been with macys for 2 years. so next day I get hang ups and calls asking to lower my interest rate on any of my cards just give them my full credit card numbers scam will continue in new thread

Someone from this number calls 3 or 4 times a day and does not leave a message. I have caller ID and do not answer calls from people who do not have the courtesy to leave a name or number.

These people and this number have started to persistently call day and night for the last week. No idea who they are.

i have no idea who these people are, but they call every day, at least 3 times and it appears to be a computer generated phone call as no one is EVER on the line.

I have been getting several calls today from this number, they never leave a message, so I never answer the call.

I get calls from this phone number at least 6 times daily and each time that I answer the phone they hang up. Today, the person at the other end requested to speak with my wife, mentioning her by her name. I asked what the call for and he hang up. I called the number only to wait for 5 minutes without a human being to talk to.

Repeated calls followed by either silence, hang-ups, or requests to speak with my wife. When I asked what this was about, one answer was 'a business opportunity.' I've asked/demanded that these calls stop, but they continue several times per day. This is harrassment.

Rude person calls can't pronouce name because of accent. Hang up when asked for name and whom he represents

I received one call today. My Macy's payment, which I have noted as having been paid on Friday (probably too late to post until tomorrow or Tuesday) is one day late. I explained that I had already made a payment,that it was a Sunday afternoon and if I receive another call from them I would report them to the BBB and FTC. I think I caught this person (with a very thick accent and he didn't seem very professional which lead me to believe this is a scam or a company outsourced by Macy's) and they said they would make a note of it in my files. I doubt they will, I bet they call again, and the next person I speak with is going to go down on my report to the BBB and FTC.

Rude person with a foreign accent. Refuses to acknowledge that the account issues have been settled. When told not to call again, responded with "You WILL get a call from me every day". When asked for name and company, hangs up. Thank you caller ID and anonymous call blocking.

Although I was never able to speak to a live agent it appears the number belongs to the credit center for Burdines/Macy's. FYI - Nuisance calls are typically handled by the local provider of the person receiving the unwanted calls. Please contact your local service provider, about these unwanted/ unlawful calls. Your provider would have an unlawful Call Center that can help you.

In the span of 3 days I received phone calls from this number at least 30 times. My husband looked up the number and it states it is from Macys Customer Care Service. I know I was late by 4 days on a $5.00 payment but come on! This is riduculous. I had to holler in the phone a few unkind words and finally I was able to block them. They should not be allowed to operate a business if they act like this.
