This number claims to be from Arnold Love, with Pay Pal, wanting a document signed that was reviewed June 5, 2025. NONE of this is true. I checked Pay Pal website and there is NO information about ANY document needing signed. I DO NOT recall doing ANY transactions with Pay Pal except paying the bill. The fact that these emails are coming instantly after I have actually been to whatever site makes it more risky that I will click on them thinking the actual site is sending me new information of some kind. VERY SCARY! I also received a phone call from scammers pretending to be Homeland Security! Apparently I have 22 offshore bank accounts in my name. When I asked for the account numbers, they hung up.
