West****et Management keeps calling client.  They are also known as Omega Services.  They say they are calling regarding the AT&T bill.  They were listed in the bankruptcy matrix  Their number is 201-210-6114.

i get like 3 or more phone calls a day from this "company" and it is harrassment!

Well, after reading through the responses, I suppose that legal action needs to take place.  I have contacted my attorney for which he will proceed accordingly.  I have been receivings calls on my business cell for about a month stating that money is owed to them? When questioned, to whom the money is owed to, I get met with individuals who are rude and disrespectful.  I do not provide them w/ my name or any of my personal info.  I figured, if they are calling me then they know who they are trying to reach.  I have filed a complaint and asked my attorney to file papers with charges of harrassment as well as to collect from them for burning up my cell phone minutes.  Hmmmm, perhaps I'll even add fees for how much time I have had to spend dealing w/ this, which according to my professional rate of 135.00 per hour, I say they are in for a rude awakening.:)

This number is continually calling my 14 year old son's phone (920) 918-8175....he has been on the no call list for over a year.  I have no idea why this company keeps calling.  Please make them stop.  Thank you

I've received 3 calls on my cell from 443-550-7974 which up until today I have not answered. The call I answered today was a "robot" voice requesting to speak with "Julie Jumbo".  If I wasn't "Julie Jumbo" I was to press #3.  I'm not "Julie Jumbo" and ***g up.  A few minutes later I dialed the number displayed on my cell phone and a person named Michael answered.  I requested the company name and he told me West****et Management which I have since learned is a collection agency.  I****ured him I wasn't "Julie Jumbo" and he asked if I knew her.  I don't.  He told me he would delete my phone number from the list. I hope this is the case.  The only debt I carry is my home loan which is paid ahead by six months. I thought initially it was a prank call and hope it's that innocent.

If you owe any back phone bills, AT&T uses Western****et mgmt to collect debts. it doesn't have to be an old debt either. it can be as recent as 3-4 months old.

i would suggest calling back and getting to the bottom of it. they called me about an account that was past due. it was not an account i set up or even knew about - was set up fraudulently(telephone service in another state).  i didn't receive a letter via US mail because the address used to set it up was fraudulent. rep was courteous and sent out the necessary do***ents (theft affidavit, etc) to correct the problem. after a week or so i received a letter from at&t stating after their investigation i was no longer responsible for those charges

They have called me several times looking for a friend of mine. I don't know what they want and they will not tell me unless I tell them where my friend is. I have asked them to take my number off of their calling list, but they will not. They are extremely rude.

this place calles at least 3 times a day and they leave a recorded message i have no clue what they want and dont know how to block them from calling, anyone know? i have no debt like the rest of you but my ex does maybe its his i heard this is a scam also. Becareful

They call every day and I don't answer. If they continue I will call the States Attorney. I have been all over thier web site and if was a reputible company they would have officers names, numbers to call and all the other things a REAL company has to make these calls stop. I believe they will eventually give up. My credit is so good that when we applied for a loan the mortgage company said they have never seen a credit score as high as ours. I have had the same cedit card for 20 years and never have paid any interest. I have no debt so I am sure that this is a scam. Do not call, it only keeps them going.

I get 4 or 5 calls from this number 201-210-6114 on my cell phone. I have no debt for a debt collector to be calling me. I've only answered the phone one time since they have been calling and they wanted to know my info. I didn't give them any.  They still keep calling.

Just called them back because they were calling my cell phone about an account with MY NEIGHBOR'S NAME!!!  Supposedly handling it.  We shall see.

The phones rings twice and ****s up. When I call back inquiring about the company, who the call is for, etcetera, a woman repeatedly ****s up on me. She answers West****et Management but she says it so fast, you can hardly understand what she is saying. If this is a reputable business, they should question their ****ods. I don't why they would be calling me, especially on my mobile phone, because I  don't have any delinquent accounts.

The caller refused to provide the address for the company.He insisted that I first "confirm that he was speakingto the correct individual", despite the fact that it washim who had called my number in the first place.  I askedhim repeatedly for the company address so that I could writeand confirm details of the issue, but he refused.

They're calling my house looking for my ex-husband (whom I haven't spoken to in 8 yrs), and has never lived at this address OR phone number.

They used to call  from this number: 732-982-3945.  Several times a day.  To my MOBILE phone.  Now they're calling from 201-210-6114, repeatedly, on my mobile phone.  This time, it's a recording asking for a specific person, but I'm NOT that person.  From everything I've read, this is a HUGE scam.  Don't return their call, it just adds you to their system.  Eventually, they'll give up.
