A fake collection agency

I am a relative of the person they are trying to contact. I told them that they were calling my personal phone and asked them not to call a***n. I was told that they are going to call me every 4 days and there is "nothing" I can do to stop it.

If this junk debt company calls you immediateley write them a cease communication letter and do not speak with them. They are crooks

Company keeps calling for a shop worker employee who is unable to come in off his ma****e to take the call. I have received 3 calls from 3 different reps. the first time I informed the rep. about the nature of my employees work and how he cannot receive calls at work but that I would give him their number. The second time they called, the rep was a very rude woman who became upset when I informed her a***n that they cannot be trying to reach my employee while during work hours. The 3rd call they left a msg. after hours.

Someone from this number phones several times a day. I finally answered and he wants information from me before telling me why he is calling. Must be stopped!

The number is coming to my cell phone I won't answer because it's out of my area but I would like it to stop

No message left on voicemail, calls both cell phone and land line, and either ****s up or tells me to wait for the next available rep. if I actually answer it. Seems pretty shady to me.

Calls all the time, very rude man that does not take no for an answer. I screamed at him one time now he calls more frequently as late as 10:30pm and as early as 8 am on the weekends. I told him once to send me whatever it is that he is calling about to me in the mail and I would respond appropriately, he refused not only to send the letter but to tell me who he was and why he was calling!!! How do we stop this insanity!!!

Keep calling all the time. I owe no bills past due and it's very annoying. They call continuously almost everyday.

I have been getting 1 to 6 calls per day since June, 2007. I picked up the first call and they asked for someone I did not know. I told him that, yet he continued to ask questions to which I had no answers. The next day, another call. I did not answer (caller id) and have not answered since, except last week when I'd reached my boiling point. I firmly told him I do not know that person, I cannot help him with anything, and DO NOT CALL A***N. He was flippant and said, "We'll see". He has continued calling 3 to 5 times a day since. How do I get rid of this harassment???

This guy has been calling my number for over a year - one to six times per day!  (I have caller id and special long-distance ring.) The first time I answered his call, I told him he had the wrong number and that person was not a member of my household, that I didn't have any info on the person, and I could not help him further.  I can't believe he called a***n.  I answered and told him the same thing. He has continued to call every day since.  Even on weekends!  I have since stopped answering all long-distance rings until I identify the number calling.   He has used several different area codes and has called from all of them everyday.  I called my local phone company and the only way I can get some help is by sending him a letter of complaint via registered mail and if he should a***n call, report him to my state's attorney general.  Why can't so****ing be done that does not take time and expenses from the innocent victim!?  This is blatant harrasment completely out of our control.

I got two calls first time it was the press 1 if you are said person and it then it said everyone was busy.  They called a***n i ***g it up so it wouldn't go to voicemail. I called back and the guy answered...Hello..I have nothing out for collection he asked me to verify who i was and I said I wasn't who he asked about and he said he would remove my number from their computer dialer...hmmmm

I have no debt and yet they call up to 6 times a day. Mostly when I am at work and cannot answer. They have left a message once but it was not usefull.

They are harassing me by calling my cell phone up to 4 times daily. I owe no debts at this time and should not be receiving calls from a debt collector.

First time they called, it was a person who asked for someone not me (never heard of the person, either). I told her she had a wrong number. Now when they call it's automated, a***n asking for the person (press one if you are this person, press two if you need time to get this person, and press three if this person is not available). Doesn't give the option this person isn't at this number.

Keep getting this call too, on our house phone and my hubby's cell (?????).  Anyway, both numbers are new, so it's kinda scary to me.  The first time it was hubby's cell, then our house phone rang and I answered, but they just ***g up.  So I then accused hubby of an affair, to which he laughed good naturedly and said, "Calm down... I don't know who the heck that is calling, and I'm sorry it made you worried.  WHAT? New Jersey???"  So today I answer and it's a scary evil robot saying, "Please hold for the next available represent-a-tiiiiive."  No, you hold on, Twiki... I didn't call you, you called me.  Now run along and bother Buck Rogers like you're supposed to be doing. Needless to say, I ***g up.  We still live in the 1800's at my house and don't have caller ID.  Strangely enough, I did know to call Harriet Oleson (aka *69) and whaddaya know... Fembot Harriet tells me that the number is that of "***ody" a***n.  Now I know that it's not my hubby's long distance mistress, but it makes me su****ious that evil robots are out there to take over the world via shady "collection" tactics!!!  I kid, but really, I'm serious.  This is just ****** and annoying.  Enough already!  I hate answering the phone anymore!!!

Repeated calls to cell phone, no message left, all hours of day and night.

I have been contacted as many as 3 times a day by cell and home phone. My husband has answered a couple of times and it was a recording asking if his name was ______. I don't answer unknown callers anymore. I have been scammed by a faux collection agency in the past and will not tolerate this "secret" caller. On my home phone it comes up as "anonymous" "unknown number". When we called it back it was a recording with no information or clue about who they are.

They will ask you for the payment info, don't give it to them. tell them that it is their job to make sure that theyr'e collecting legitemate debt, don't call me a***n or I will sue you under the provisions of the fair debt collection act.  They will call you a***n and then sue them for $1,000.00 for harassment.THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU PAY THE DEBT THAT YOU OWE.

Got the first call from this number a day or so back. It was a recorded message, but the volume was so low that I couldn't make out what it was saying. I've received two more calls from it today. The first time they ***g up as soon as I answered, and the second time, after two rings. Other than the fact that it's a New Jersey number, this page is the only info I've found on it.

Received call on cell phone last night from this number.  No mesg left.  I cld number back 2day from work phone (private) and it just says, "Thank you for calling.  All representatives are busy."  I ***g up at that point.

I received a call from this number, it rang twice and the caller ***g up. I hope to not receive anymore calls from this number.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone with no name. I did not answer, but used my FAX number to call them and found the number to be from a collection agency. I told them never to call my cell phone a***n as I wasn't going to pay to listen to them. A week or so prior I got a similar call with a different number, different area code, but same agency.
