Keeps calling twice a day for the last 3 months (yes months).  Won't leave a message or anything.  I absolutely refuse to answer any calls I don't recognize after taking a phone call from Bank Of America at 8:00PM wanting to send a free credit report.  Odd considering BOA's policy is not to send account holders anything unless they ask for it, and even if you do request it, they will send it in the mail.....not call you to ask if you're interested.  I immediately callled BOA and they said it's scam and to never take a call you don't recognize because it's most likely someone trying to get your banking info or other critical information.  I don't owe any money to any collection agency, and even if I do....a legitimate one will send you do***entation in the mail about it before calling you.  I've never received any mail from West****et Mgt....EVER!!  So they can't possibly be legit.

NEVER GIVE THEM INFO ON YOU ARE ANYONE PASSED THIS IS PROBLEM A SCAM LET THEM CALL ALL THEY WANT JUST DON,T ANSWER THEM THEY WILL STOP I DON,T TALK TO ANYONE I DON,T KNOW TO BE REAL......KEEP THE FAITH

Has called multiple times. At least once a day for the last 2 weeks. They did leave a message but I didn't want to call back. I was finally home to answer and turns out they are collecting a debt my ***her owes who passed away early last year. (Don't know how they got my number.) I informed them of his passing (which they were not aware of) and they want a copy of his ***** certificate. They wouldn't tell me what the debt was or who was owed until I fax them the certificate, but I'm a bit hesitant. Don't know what to do.

They called for me on my cell number and I ask them who they were no response then I asked what they were calling about - an old Sprint bill.  I told them not to call back becasue I do not have Sprint and my last bill with them was PIF in 2005!

this number has called me several times. Husband called it back and it was a bill collector. He just let them know they called the wrong number.

Same here...multiple calls. is there anything that can be done?

I get calls from this number every day, several times a day. It's usually a ma****e, I don't speak "ma****e".  When I got desperate & called the number they asked for someone who doesn't live here.  I told them not to call me a***n but of course they do; a***n & a***n & a***n.........I'm sure you get the picture.

I have received several calls from this 201 210-6117 number and only once did a live person answer. They asked me for a name I didn't recognize and refused to tell me what it was in regards to. They then called me at least three more times.

west****et management can't keep employees either. i can just imagine what they have to go thru to learn how to be so crude. I have been threatened with everything under the sun, so much so that i have decided not to pay them. i can handle one small blemish on my credit.

Its a collection agency. I used to get calls from Allied Interstate collections. after i made a payment agreement to pay off an old sprint bill and sent in $50 payment (1 of 3) the account was sent to West****et management collections. where they told me they would not honor the previous agreement even though the payment was made prior to them getting my account. they even added more fees to the account which i told them i would not pay. i continue to pay allied interstate and they accept and credit my payment to the account. West****et management is very rude, continues to call and verify address and even account numbers to my checking. which I c****ed once I knew they had it. I ask the person calling what it is in regards to and they say they cant tell me until address and other info is verified. I told them good luck and that i would continue dealing with the account with the other company. RUDE RUDE RUDE!

This number belongs to West****et management.  They are a collections company. They have been trying to collect from me on a questionable bill.  I have requested an itemized bill to verify the relevance of the charges, but none has been forthcoming.  I just asked them to pursue any further communications via US Mail.  According to an attorney that I consulted, if they call a***n, it's a harrassment suit.  just FYI.

Calls my cell phone a few times a day, never leaves a message. I haven't even had this cell phone # for that long, and not a lot of people know the number, so I have no idea what they're calling about.

Just recieved a call from this number and a woman asked for me by name. I told her it was me and she then asks me to verify my address. She tells me my address and asks me if that is correct. Before I answer, I asked her what this was in regards to and she says she can't tell me until I verify my address. I told her I wasn't going to verify it until I know what this in regards to. She then asks me "So, you will not verify this information?" I told her "You have that correct!" Then she says "Good luck to you." and ***g up.

I want this w***ver called to my home number 214-484-6540 from 201-21-=6117 to stop call me no reasons at all. I am hearing impaired person with my tty answer ma****e was on when this w***ver called me and leave blank many times. Thank you.

West****et Mgt calls nearly everyday.  I never answer, in fact my caller id will allow it to ring only twice and then a message goes to the caller telling them that your number cannot go through to my number.  Of course, this doesn't stop them.  I am on the national no call list so I think it would appropriate someone find out if they are ignoring the no call policy or not or who they are calling for.

This number calls my home and my cell phone and never leaves a message. They can't be legitimate ifthey do not leave a message or reference number. I think it's a scam unless I am prove wrong.

i get this calls about 5 times every day between 9am - 1pmand sometimes there is a vm from west mgmt ((same #) asking for the call to be returned. would never return such a callwithout a ref#.

This number called 3 times even though I have call intercept. No one says anything. Seems computer generated.

when i call back it sounds like a fax.
