These folks call almost daily.  I say*****o and no one is there or they **** up.

Caller called my number once in 2 days, when I asked for identification on who was calling, he ***g up. I'll be expecting another call later on in the week.

George called from 21st Century Legal Services in Rancho Cuca****a, CA re: loan mods.

they called yes****ay and i told them not to call a***n.  offered to modify my mortgage at 3% for 30 years.  yeah, right.  they called a***n today and i told them to put me on the do not call list and ***g up.  the guy called me back and fired off a string of expletives about what he would like me to do to him.

Said he was from US housing department, and new loans were available due to Obama administration. We declined. He called back 4 more times until we left the phone off hook.

Said that is his name and he represented a mortgage company. Trying to get us to talk to loan department. Wouldn't take no, called next time with unknown caller id then the last four digits were different from number I have entered here. Then a few minutes ago, a lady from upland, ca said she was representing this company but I told her we were not interested and she said ok and ***g up. I hope someone will investigate.

Received a call. ID said it was 201-212-3554. There was someone on the other end talking in a foreign language. After about 15 seconds of that a fellow came on with a heavy Indian accent. Said he was from American Mortgage. Wanted to know what my current interest rate was. He also stated he could refinance my home loan down to 4%. I told him my current lender was working on lowering my rate, and ***g up.

These people have phoned my cell phone two or three times, and each time I told them to not phone back. They speak very poor English, and want to offer new lines of credit to business. Hogwa***

claimed he was from citi mortgage and could refinance my house at 3.5 percent. a scam all the way

Caller (various male/female) call both home and cell numbers and ask for De***. There is no De*** at these numbers but they keep calling. Will not say who they are or what they want.

called claiming they worked for chase bank, claiming they had they had an approved loan modification and would fax me the information.  And made him hold while they got me online with a debt solution.

The folks at "Financial Credit Solutions" also use/s**** 201-212-3557.

Got several calls today from "Tony" [heavy accent, poor English] from "Financial Credit Solutions" calling re: credit card debt reduction. He transferred call to Pathway Financial Mangement, 12635 Hoover St., Garden Grove, CA, 888-896-8188. Caller ID says "cell phone NJ," Tony claims he's calling from CA. Pathway doens't maintain a written DNC policy or its own DNC list.

I received two calls yes****ay and one call today from this phone number and no message was left during any of the calls.

I just got a call from this person who was trying to tell me about refinancing my house, which I didn't need. I asked him to take my phone number off his call list and I ***g up. He proceeded to call me back and joked that he was upset that I ***g up on him, and then said I had a cute voice. I ***g up and he called back twice, both times I did not pick up. It upsets me that has my number.

Received a phone call. No message left.
