Received 3 calls at times I was unable to answer the phone. No messages were ever left. Had to look this up to find out who they were. Now that I know it was Kia, I will answer next time if I can.

Dealership let me know to expect this call so I answered this time. Verified Kia customer satisfaction survey. Probably other 201-215-**** numbers as well. They were straight to the point. Didn't take much time to ask/answer their questions. Declined to give email address when asked. They should leave an identifying message when they call w/no answer.

Have had 7 calls in the past week. No message. Saved number in my cell phone as "Junk."

It's not just Kia.  I don't have a Kia, never even been to a Kia showroom.  I s****ed getting calls from this number at my work phone nights and weekends when no one is here.  No message, just like everyone else.

Oh dear, glad I searched this out. I've also been ignoring the calls, thinking it was a telemarketing annoyance.  I'll pick it up the next time. Thanks!

I missed the call and it went to voicemail, they left no message but the background noise sounded like it could be someone in a car.

I just had service done on my KIA have no issues with the car but if they are going to call my cell phone looks like they would at least leave a message. Think the next time will just answer and tell them the car is great but the phone calls are annoying.

Calls frequently - all hours (including middle of the night) - weekends, too - never has left a message - called 7 times in the past week - numerous times prior to that for the past couple of months. So much for opting out.

I received 6 calls in the last 3 days.  Nice to know who's calling.  I am unemployed and getting lots of calls for lame jobs (although no jobs are lame right now, I guess....).  Figured that's what this number was.  If they don't leave a message, it send a bad message to me.

Bought a Kia.............they have called 17 times in the past 3 days and never leave a msg....just talked to them....FINALLY.....told them I love the car but if they call me a***n I will send the car back....HOW ANNOYING!

Received call from Kia at dinner time- not a good time- said they would call back and they have- at all times from dinner time and all evening.  I took the time to answer his questions quickly the first time.  If they want to know more why don't they just send so****ing to fill out?  So many calls are annoying.

I just got a call from this number and googled it since I don't typically answer numbers I don't recognize - I was expecting a Kia user survey, so I'm glad to see that this is what it was supposed to have been (I was all ready to give my dealership a big *** 10 for their work on my car) -- too bad they didn't let it ring long enough for me to fish the phone out of my pocket and answer it.

Well I did buy a Kia...but they are calling me after 9pm on Sundays.  I do not answer my phone after that because I go to work at 4am and I am asleep.  If I don't know the number I refuse to answer...besides, they are calling my cell, they have my home number...shee*****

This number calls my work line multiple times a day after hours and on the weekends.  No voicemail.  Have not purchased a car in years.  Do not own a KIA either.

They keep calling after 8:00pm everyday. When I called back it was a Kia Customer Satisfaction survey - they say I recently purchased a new Kia and want to know about my dealership experience. I haven't purchased a Kia - interestingly enough I also received a message from a Kia dealership in a state I don't even live in inviting me to their customer event.

Message not left.  I returned the call and it was KIA customer satisfaction saying they would return this call at a later time.

A message is never left on my phone, but when I called this number back it said it was Kia customer satifaction survey.

Have gotten 3 calls today from them on my cell. I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't recognise and they don't ever leave a message. I am expecting a call from JD Power because of a recent new car purchase so I'm sure that it was them calling.

Yeah, KIA and in my experience they only call at dinnertime.  One time I actually spoke with a person and I asked them to call some other time when I wasn't eating.  I've gotten a number of calls from them all at dinnertime since.  Got one today at 6:15 PM and tried to answer it but ***ody there, not even an automated survey etc.

Got a call from these guys. Called it back hours later. It's the KIA customer service number. When you buy a new KIA or get a service done they call for a survey.

The caller doesn't leave a message, but has called five times in 3 days!!! Whitepages.com reverse search yeilded "Paetec Communications" in Bayonne, NJ.

JD power and****ociates; they must use some auto dialer that us dumb because i have several calls with just silence on my vm.
