I can be reached via email or through the direct number below. Thanks you for your understanding and a***n, I apologize for your inconvenience.Sincerely, Scott StaufferVice President of Operations214-271-8083
Thanks to everyone for providing the e-mail addresses and the donotcall.gov link to file a complaint. I did file a complaint, and I sent the following e-mail to the "executives:"For the past six months or more, I have continually received calls from your organization. I am on the national and state Do-Not-Call lists. I have told individuals that call that I am on the list, that I don't take credit cards, and to stop calling me. I have also called the number back (201-215-1788) several times and left messages to stop calling my number. To date, they have not stopped calling.I have now filed a complaint with the National Do-Not-Call Registry, and am preparing to file a complaint with the FCC. It is ILLEGAL for you to continue calling me. This e-mail will serve as my final notice to you to cease. I will take further action, including legal action, should I receive even ONE more phone call.I have recorded myself telling your representatives to cease calling, I have proof of my number on the Do-Not-Call lists, and I have proof of the dates and times that I continue to get phone calls via Caller ID. Additionally, a quick internet search reveals this is a common practice for your organization, as you are continually harassing other businesses and individuals as well. This pattern and practice will not be looked upon favorably by a U.S. District Court judge when I file a lawsuit for harassment and seek damages from your company.I am serious about filing a lawsuit; it is harassment. Let's see where this gets me. If anyone wants to respond to me personally, and/or try to join in the class action should I need to go that way, here is my e-mail address:[email protected]
Don't believe for a second, that just because you are on the DoNotCall List, that you won't get these calles from these SCAM Call centers..You have to report them at https://www.donotcall.govJust go there and click on "file a complaint". It will only take a minute to file, and the company will be one step closer to that $10,000.00 fine. It's the complaints that get action. Doing nothing will only result in nothing doing! So, you will continue to get the calls.. Do yourself and others a favor, Report the Calls, by filing a complaint!
Same story as others, I told them we are a corporation and gave them our "corporate #" of 214-271-8095 which is actually the number they have listed as there admin contact # for the website (if you do a whois search on crescentprocessing.com) ha ha.. And I'm the owner, lol.
Just keeps calling, I don't take calls from out of our area code. Does not leave message. We are on the no call list but it doesn't seem to help. We get calls like this often, at least 2 or 3 per day.
They continue to call my business asking for the owner. When I say she is not available and that I am her****istant they **** up on me. so i googled their website and sent an email to all the executives to remove me from their contact list or we will take further action. I immediately recieved an email stating they would take us off their call list! check out my email below! By the way here are the email address's: '[email protected]'; '[email protected]'; '[email protected]'; '[email protected]'; '[email protected]'To Whom It May Concern:We have been continuously receiving phone calls from your company from some one wanting to speak to the owner of the business. The people who call are very rude and usually end up ****ing up on us because the owner is not available. They will not leave message. You will never be able to speak to the owner of this business. She does not take any phone calls at all. So if you want any kind of business then you people need to learn speak to other people who are willing to listen to whatever your spill is! I am emailing you demanding you take us off of your calling list! If you do not do so we will take further action.
Just like all other unintelligent problem causers, this company calls me 3 to 4 times per day. They won't leave a message, and when I answer, it takes them SO LONG to say so****ing (due to a computer dialing me) that I scream into the receiver "STOP CALLING ME!" but alas, it does no good. I suppose most "unintelligent problem causers" are exactly the same. When I don't answer, they won't leave a message and when I do, they waste my time - I suppose they think they will ***n my business in some SICK way?
stop calling me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This number keeps calling me and ****ing up.
Calls repeatedly - as many as 4 times per day - never leaves a message. Even when I answer, there is silence for up to 10 seconds, so I scream "stop calling me!" then I **** up, but it does no good. I believe that some people simply enjoy upsetting others - these people would be in such a category.
Called my business phone a***n.....no message left.
Calls my business phone every once in a while and NEVER leaves a message. I don't answer unknown calls.
This person called and asked to speak with the owner. I said I am the Manager, and am the person to speak with. The person (male) was exceptionally rude. He refused to state his name, nature of the business or name of the company!
Called and asked for owner by name. I told her he was not available could I take a message. She said she would call back later and said thank you and humg up.
We called the owner of Crescent Processing Company (CPC, aka Crescent Merchant Services) - Columbus Bank & Trust in Columbus, GA. (1-800-334-9007) Richard took our complaint and e-mailed his contact to take us off the list.If you want to write to the bank's corporate address to complain about this annoying company:Columbus Bank & Trust12700 Park Central Dr.Suite 1100Dallas, TX 75251We'll see if this gets us off their list.Next step is the FCChttps://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do
We have repeatedly requested them to take us off the list - they always argue saying they aren't trying to sell us anything and they need to talk to us before they can take us off the list. They have called every day for the last 5 days, sometimes 3 times a day.
She was busy speaking to a co-worker when I answered, then asked for owner by first name. When told he was not available, she said she would try back later.
calls our place of business and asked for owner by first name (as if he already knew him). When told that I was the office manager and how I could****ist, he quickly stated "I'm guessing he's not available - I'll just call back."
Asked for owner, ***g up when told not available.
Called here too. Caller ID confirmed. Apparenty they don't care about the federal do not call list as I am on it. I tried calling back and all I get is busy signals.Trying to get me to use some sort of credit card processing company. I have been getting a ton of these calls with different numbers that all appear to be the same company.
Called and asked for owner. When told not here, just ***g up!
Got a call from a lady that seemed nice until I asked to be put on a do-not-call list, she got very argumentative and just kept on with her spiel and so I told her I would report her to the FCC if she did not put me on her "no call" list, she really became irritated. I asked her what her name was and she ***g up. I called the number back and the lady on the answering ma****e sounded like the one I talked to. My guess is that it is some desperate lady working from home to make a few bucks.
I called the number back after their ****-up and got a recorded message to "please leave a message". I did NOT leave a message, I took a chance and pressed "0" and it actually tranferred me to a real person. I spoke to her and asked for them to put me on their "do not call" list. She took my number, asked if their were any other numbers I wanted removed and then told me it would take up to 24 hours to be removed. We'll see if it really works!
Repeated calls, no message to voice mail system.
Called at 7:38 in the morning! Woke me up and then ***G UP!
Early morning call, no message left
Asked for owner. Told not available could we take a message. Said no. We asked if this was a solicitaion to be taken off of the list. Their response was no this was not a solicitation. Liars!
Asks for ownwer or co-owner. Calls daily. I tell them daily I am sorry we are not interested.
I just stop answering those calls. Sooner or later, they stop calling my business. Thank the Lord for Caller ID!!
Same deal - ask for ownwer or co-owner, **** up when you're not the owner. Very annoying, our phones are busy and we are on the National Do Not Call List.
Credit Card Processor, as noted above.
ASKED FOR OWNER AND THEN **** UP WHEN THE OWNER ISN'T AVAILIBLE APPEARS TO BE A CONFERENCE CALLING COMPANY ON THE REVERSE LOOK UP
Repeated calls daily, always **** up. Caller ID says CPC
Credit Card Process (Sales Call)
Credit card processing center, trying to get your business to use their service to process your credit card transactions. They leave a toll free number to call or press another digit to be connected to a****ociate.
Some call center I suspect--a Telemarketers or Collection Agency. I suspect agency since I am a business and they are NOT allowed to call you at your workplace unless they know you are the owner. They ***g up.
credit card processor,ask for owner
They called and ***g up, apparently so****ing wrong with their calling program. They've done this 4 times today.
