Have called numerous times about my car warranty expiring. Always states it's my final notice. Last time (about a month ago) I hit the '1' button to talk to a person and requested removal from their list. I was told it was done. Today I got another call and was very angry. Again I pressed '1' and got a live person. I told her about the previous call and being removed and she hung up on me.
