I am looking to put in a formal complaint with the state consumer affairs commision on this company. I was talked down to and degraded by the caller.

california recovery systems.  ****** collection agency.  this is not even their number.  201 is a new jersey area code and these clowns are in california.  they s**** by callin you bro and hey we wanna help.  of course you do. and then they have the ***** to resort to petty insults.  if they call you dont pick it up just do what i am going to do and file a complaint in civil court a***nst them.
