Received a call from this number on my cellphone that is on the national DO NOT CALL OPT OUT LIST. All I heard was people noise in the background (like a busy telemarketing boiler room), as I said "hello?" "hello?" then I ***g up. I called the number back on my land line with my number blocked and the recording said that number doesn't accept blocked calls.

Received call from this number saying they were from "Card Services" and referenced a lower interest rate. Pressing 1 connected me with a live person who said they were calling about my Visa card. They were calling about the one with a rate of 10%. They did not identify which card only a visa card at 10%. Nor did they know who I was. An additional bogus part of this number is they called me on a cell phone number which belongs to a government agency.
