(201) 227-6405

They call me all day on my cell phone.  I do not answer because I only answer recognized numbers, but that doesn't seem to deter them.  They've continued calling anyway.Don't know if it's coincidence or not, but now suddenly I'm getting calls in the middle of the night (1am-4am) with "Restricted" on the ID.  The "message" is just a static sound.  This s****ed just a lttle after I s****ed getting the 201-227-6405 calls.

they also call me at least 3 times a week and at weird hours. I've received calls early in the morning all the way until 9 at night.  I answered it once from a similar number and they wanted me to consolidate my student loans and to tell them my social and other private information over the phone.  I told them I wanted it in writing and he said he would email me, I never recieved anything.  I've been getting these calls for over a month

I think this is from education direct. they consolidate student loans. they call me and do not let my phone ring. my phone just says i missed a call and they never leave a message. they call 3 times a week.

Calls at least once every other day and never leaves a message.

Called me @ 10:30 on Friday morning with no message left.  It's not the first time I've gotten calls from this area code with similar results.

I think this number may alsoi be****ociated with the numbers:201-266-0965 and 201-478-5007For approximately the last 5 months, they have been calling 3-5 times per week, and they all **** up.  And, of course, none of the numbers ever pick up.My suggestion is to register yourself on the do not call list.  It takes 31 days to become effective, but the next time you get someone actually SPEAK to you from this number, you can tell them that you are on the DNC List.  Also, tell them that you have their number, as well as the other two numbers above, on record, and that if you get another call from them, you will file a complaint with the FCC...then follow through.
