Calling my home 3 and 4 times per morning. Sometime another number calls asking for a Armondo Lopez, which does not and never has lived here.

Can we play a little game??? You call my home phone when I am at work.....leave a message.....I call back.Seems pretty simple to me. If I don't know who in the***** you are and why you are calling, I don't call, especially long distance.

they called me several times no message. then they called me at work claiming to be my husband when someone other then me answered the work phone. when i finally spoke with them they guys claimed he wanted to help me pay off my debt. i told him i couldnt talk i was at work yet he continued to talk and talk and talk. finally i said i have to call u back when im not at work tomorrow. he said ok. so we spoke the next day i answered all his questions and he called back later to give me my so called options. he originally told me i could pay off my debt in as little as 9 years. he never mentioned i would have to put thousands of dollars down to get any option. i told him i didnt have that kind of money and he said think about it for a few days and call me next week. he also called and talked with my husband who told him the same thing. we dont have that kind of money and we cant get that kind of money. i tried calling back at our scheduled time to talk he never answered and when i went to leave him a voicemail it cut me off when i barely got 2 words out. it got my name and my acct # thats it. Then i didnt hear from him for 3 weeks now he or someone else is calling me from this number and i missed the phone call. I knw its MRS****ociates. but they tell u a bunch of lies and want u to give them ur bank acct info and pay then thousands upfront when they dont tell u that in the first place. im going to act under the impression they are not very trustworthy. i dont legally have to give out that kind of info. not to mention we had to give them 3 references. *** is that for? he wouldnt give me a reason. i feel like he was trying to manipulate me into paying him money i dont have. i do have debt and i admit that and if i would have known that everything after i took out the student loan i never would have taken it out.

this number called my house and i didnt answer. and they left a message. the message was like 2-3 seconds long of so****ing or someone singing?!!? that is just plain wierd. and according to all these comments they r very annoying?  G L A D i didnt answer:)

MSR debt collectors, some lady called for some one I don't know.  If they s**** to hassle me I'll keep notes as to times and numbers like****ho****jingle caller to collect $$

Calls during lunch time

Received a call at the office today from this number.  They asked for a person who does not work here.  Actually there has never been anyone here by that name and I have been with this company for three years.  When I gave this information the caller continued to question me as though I were lying about an employee.  He was rude and condescending.

Call comes in on home phone, then cell phone (a number not given out to anyone).  No messages left.

This call is coming from MRS.****ociates in New Jersey. They are a collection agency. They call my home 300 times a month and although I have filed for bankruptcy they continue to call. They use different numbers on my caller ID, 800, 877, toll-free call, different city names, Dumont NJ, Minn.MN, etc. They use their own cell phones with no number listed but they don't get the message. They are not allowed to call with one number so they c****e it up so as not to get into trouble. Luckily my computer deletes their calls but it is amazing that they get away with the harassment. It doesn't bother us but I am sure there are other people out there who are not so lucky. They have been reported to the bankruptcy court and WILL be fined when all is settled. I have a computer log of the calls they make and each one will earn them a fine. Keep up the great work, this will put your company out of business in the end! Happy calling!
