Just got a call from this #, they asked is this black, I said yes. He then tells me he is with MRS and in order for this call to continue I need to verify the last 4 of my ss #, I told him nope, I don't want to do that. Then he asked me to verify my adrress, a***n I said no, he then says he doesn't have time for games, I said good month too, and I added if you are calling me then you should have all my info there, I don't need to verify anything. He Jung up on me lol

Yep they were asking for an Allen? Once I said they have a wrong number, he said oh, & ***g up.

they call my cell phone a million times a day

get numerous calls from this number as early as 8:45 am never leaves a voice mail

I got a call from them and I already spoke with someone about it and when i try to return their calls when they call they never answer and when i say if u need any further information they can call me they never do. they r a collection agency and they act like they can help u but they give u outrageous options and try and force a next day time limit. I have called back and spoke with the guy but when i called the day i said i would he wasnt there and just called me back when i was still asleep. he even called me at work. thats so not the way to get money cause someone calling work for this kind of matter can get them fired then they will definatly get nothing. I admit i do have a debt but i never intended to not pay it back some stuff happened and yet they try and threaten and lie to u and act like all people have money to lend u to pay stuff back. its like the claim i can help u if u call back and we will out a form but then they come back with the "options" and they r rediculous. its like if i had that kind of money i would have never borrowed from ur client. im not even sure they r ligitimate from the way they have been acting. the guy i spoke with gave a phone number for me to call back at with an extention and when i can the person just says*****o. not even*****o this is MRS****ociates just*****o like they r answering a phone at home. very unprofessional. plus they will call u as many times a day as they feel no matter what time it is. then claim they r going to  be in the office and are not when u have to return their phone calls. im honestly trying to work with them yet when i call back no one answers the number i try to leave a message and the voicemail cuts me off after i get my name out. or doesnt actually record my message well. these people ask questions that r really none of their business like friends addresses and parents addresses. also their phone numbers as proof we knw people. y do we have to knw people to pay back a loan? the other people have nothing to do with payment its not like we can get money from them cause if we could we would have never gotten a student loan in the first place

Have only called once so far on land line and I don't know who they might be. If they are a collection agency, they definitely have the wrong number.

SHE ASKED FOR STEVE DOWE WHICH WAS MY SON-IN-LAW OVER 25 YEARS AGO. SHE STATED THAT HE LISTED ME AS AN RELATIVE. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY AND WHAT THIS CALL WAS ABOUT AND WHO THE CALL CAME FROM. I AM CONCERNED THAT MY IDENTIY IS THREATEN.
