The man that keeps calling does have a heavy indian accent - has called my place of business 8 times within a 10 minute time span - and is trying to threaten me. I am not the person he is asking for but I won't transfer his calls which really annoys him. They don't give up - using different numbers and name throughout the day - persistant and annoying.

my operator says he was robert lewis from new jersey dep? investigations. harassing me at work on a daily basis. a definite scam.

I keep getting harassing phones calls from this # threatening me at work and at home.  Saying it's a legal matter, god bless me if I don't answer, Swore at a co-worker as he was asking for the incorrect name at first.  how can I stop this

Mine said he was officer Wayne Davis with Criminal Law Services, very threatening

They say his name is Jack Watson or sometime Robert watson from cash Advance USA.  He is bogus.  Its a scammer trying to get money and threating you with a lawsuit.
