I just got another call from these ****s, i fell for it two times alredy because they call and scare the***** out of you, this time i stood up for myself, they had all my personal info but they had a bank account i closed in 98 and said i had a payday loan deposited in the account in 2007, no way could that have actually happened.  they also had an email address for me that i havent had for years. this is when i finally realized, i think i might be getting scammed. i requested the the affidavit to be sent to me via email asap and of course they sent me some bs google do***ent after they refused over and over a***n. what uter freakin nonsense. i dont know what to do though, its like i was ****** enough to pay these people loads of money and then they called me back in two weeks pretending to be someone else but was still the same man, just a diffrent phone number, claiming i had another loan, then i just get done paying that one off and here we are two weeks later, getting more harrassing phone calls, they even called my boss, i threatened him if he called me a***n i was suing him for harrassment. please help how do i get rid of this

Have any of you filled out any payday loan or debt consolidation loan forms? I suspect this guy is buying info from those databases or outright hacking them. He called me back in December and we basically threatened him back in the same way he threatened us.

Been getting calls too from Samuel Bishop, American Law Division..heavy accent, sometimes difficult to understand.  BUT the phone number is now 707-693-4104

Received a phone call from 201-244-7722 (an NJ phone number) a day after I got a call from 352-353-0247 (a FL phone number).  The NJ call was following up on the FL call.  The FL call was from Richard Hamilton - stating he was a Legal Affidavit Processing Officer.  I told him he needed to email me everything in writing - I have almost been a victim to these scams before several times, so I demand things in writing then check up on all the information.  He sent me two do***ents via email.  I contacted the payday loan company he stated he was representing directly.  They were great, verified I had never borrowed money from them, they do not offer payday loans in my state and even emailed this all to me in writing so I had do***entation.  I was sent some bogus certificate from the payday loan company, with words spelled wrong then an invoice from a company called SGQ Processing Inc.  - this is bogus.  There is no company at the California address on the invoice.  The fax # is from Barlet, IL.Basically - my point is - NOTHING MATCHES UP.  Do some research and demand things in writing before you do anything.  Oh.....and the REAL payday loan company had me listed with my married name.  The two dates I supposedly took out loans per this scammer was after I got married but they were still using my maiden name.  SCAMMERS!

this guy called my work and i dont know what it could be about but they said it was a very weird message.  he said that his name is samuel bishop.i see that hes been calling alot of people,and is he trying to scam people or what!

I am getting the same calls. He keeps c****ing his name but its the same guy. Tells me to have my lawyer call him back or within 24 hours my cse will be downloaded to my town. I ask them to validate my debt with mail and he will not. If I don't pay or have my lawyer call then good luck to you for the bad things that are coming your way. This has been going on for over 6 months now. He has even called my family. But nothing every happens like he says. I am sure it is a scam.

got a call from these same guys. (i think its the same person) claims to be with American Law so****ing. I had filed a report a***nst them last year. Police dept told me they are just some people who have some of my info and want to verify it is me so they can use it or try and get some money out of me.If you ever notice, they will never give you their address.If they call you a***n tell them you would like to verify their address and see how defensive they get.I keep calling them back from time to time just to mess with them.scary part is they have all my info

got the same phone calls for over a month.. when i called back her said his name was sam bishop.. i new what he was calling for since i have been getting these calles for almost 8 months.. so i called  him let him talk for about 3mis then i heard a ****on push in the background like five or more times then i humg up. called back and told him that the call was lost. i ket him talk more then cut him off by saying i have hte police on the phone also so everythin u are sayin has just been recorded all he can say was o. this i cursed him out and said f*** u. and now take me to court,1. no one can have a judgement on you without mailing you any type of paper work on the case. so dont accept a fax. call you local police dpt. and police dpt. where u work. and leave the phone number. call the FTC file a case. call the atternory gernarl and file a cse.. hope this help.. by the way i called the number back just to make sure the number was still in service so i can hand it over to the police and he calld me back leaving a voice mail saying to stop calling him. i willl cuz now my lawyer will.

i got a call from tis nick today he took me the police are going to f--k pick me and he ask for ssnumber and date of birth

I got a call like this yes****ay on my work phone, and told him to call my cell but his name was nick, and he actually used the words i'm going to f*^# you, now i know there is noooo collection agency that would use that language. and he did say he was calling from american law division

Got a call yes****ay from a Samuel Bishop (strong Nigerian accent)stating he needed to speak to me concerning a legal complaint a***nst me. He offered to let me call him back at a time more convenient for me and gave me this number (201)244-7722, ext 2300. He also ended the call with "may god bless you". He said he was calling from American Law Division {mmmm any great American knows they addresses legal questions that arise in a legislative context or are otherwise of interest to Congress.} I took the advice from fraudaid.com & blew my lifeguard whistle in his ear, twice!!

I received the same call and i answered it. I spoke with Samual Bishop personally and he was telling me how i was going to go to jail if i didn't pay him money. I have a police report out about it because i believe this is a scam. his phone number 201-244-7722 ext 5151

Got a call today at my work from a Samuel Bishop (strong middle-eastern accent)stating he needed to speak to me concerning a legal complaint a***nst me. A PERSON NAMED SAMUEL BISHOP CALLED AT MY PLACE OF WORK AND STATED I NEEDED TO CALL HIM RIGHT AWAY, AND AT THE END OF HIS MESSAGE HE STATED MAY GOD HELP YOU,OR SO****ING.

This number called to my cell phone.

This caller had called my place of employment and referred himself as being a OFFICER of some type. He knew my name and my home address(I have a idea about the debt)but pretty much threatened me with legal actions if I didn't return his call within that same day.
