I received similar call this morning requesting same number, stating that he is calling from Citibank, gave his name as Rakesh. He wanted to get info on my citi bank account.

I've received 4 missed calls from +44 1 201 255 4460 over the past 2 weeks, most recently today. Just adding to this report as I googled the number and found it listed on a few telemarketing/unknown reports from others around the world too.  I'm in Australia.

I received a call from this number today.  It was the third call of similar nature but the first to have a caller ID that was not 000-000-0000.  The caller who had an Indian accent said that she was from Citi (with whom I do not have any accounts) and that she needed to confirm my address, account # and personal info for my "Bobcat" order.  Of course I've never ordered nor do I need a Bobcat.  It's very su****ious and I submitted a tip report to the FBI.
