Has called several times, mostly late at night, and never leaves a message. Has called as late as 9:30. Very annoying and unwanted.

I saw this on my cell caller ID, they don't leave a message,it has to be from an online survey I did last night. I did the survey, used the cell and how coincidental, a call came today sometime.

This number s****ed calling randomly soon after placing my resume on Careerbuilder and Monster.com....obviusly they prey on those they think need to go back to school or so****ing!  They never leave a message though so why do they bother!

1-201-257-4103 called on 8/21/08 @ 1:29 pm. I did not answer the call and they did not leave a message. I don't know who they are. My caller ID showed "CI Ins***ute".

I have received calls for the past week. Finally, I answered, a young man asked for me by name. When pressed he replied that it was about some online course information I had requested. Also, I have received calls from 410-774-8401 and 801-642-0241. Strangely, the calls were made to my cell phone each time.

i found out what this number is.. i filled out information at a local college for a grant. this place got my number from them. it is an on line class thingy to take college cl***** on line. i told them to take my name off of their list he said he would.... we will see.

keep getting calls from the following numbers:201-257-4103410-774-8401Never leave messages and then when you call back, if you are lucky enough to get a person, you ask who this is and they ask for your number so they can tell you why they called you. I have asked that they quit but it is 3 and 4 times per day or more with no stopping

call recd - didn't answer. I know no one in NJ. I get tons of calls from tons of numbers - I haven't given my cell to anyone other than 5 family members!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are also getting multiple calls from this number.  I will answer next time and demand my number to be removed, we'll see what happens.  Or maybe I'll put on my best 'recording voice' and say.  'Im sorry the number you have reached is no longer in service'.

The guy would not say his name or where he was calling from. The caller I.D. came up as C I Learning with the number 201-257-4103. He was very annoying.

Yep, that number has called me several times too. I think it is a telemarketing firm. I filled out one of those ****** online surveys and included my cell number. Grr!!

keeps calling. i told them i wasnt interested and that i didnt want to be called anymore. later this afternoon i got my second call of the day. in about an hour i got 4 calls from them. i missed them. isnt it the LAW that when someone asks to be taken off the list that they have to?

i'm so f'in sick of these phone calls. i asked to be taken off the list and the guy said no problem. twenty **** minutes later... i should have known better than to send my cell number to anyone online. hard lesson learned. think if i threaten them with an attorney they would stop? are they really going to make me pay $30 to have my number c****ed?

I get daily calls from this number and when I answer it I get the sound of silence, which tells me that it's a ma****e calling me and it will connect me to a person when IT wants to.  I **** up right away.

i called it back and got a girl named "christy".  she says they're with the "career ins***ute" and they call because you supposedly registered online for a course of some sort.

this number called me for the first time a few minutes ago.  i didn't answer because it was an odd area code.  after looking up the number on google i found this page.  what an odd way to try and get information on people...

my wife got a call from this number asking for information about me and then after she wouldnt give them the information they said they'd call back. so when i got home i called it and it doesnt get answered by anyone ... just beeps at you.
