I have bought from Feature Films for Families in the past year. I regret it as they are relentless in their follow-up to get more business. They never leave a mesage and I screen all my calls so I have not spoken to them. Eventually they do stop calling, but not until after trying for many weeks, or sometimes months.

These guys call from a variety of area codes during work to my cell about a "credit" that I have with them.

Called 8 times in one week, we repeatedly tell them do not call back, to no avail. Today I picked up the phone and said this is a do not call number and ***g up.

Feature Films for families...have not used them for OVER 15 years!!!!!!!!!!! did not give them forwarding information or phone numbers

In January 2009 I s****ed receiving 1 unknown long distance phone call on my cell phone several times a day so someone suggested I put my number on the do not call list.  On February 2nd I did this.  Since February 17th I have received calls from 9 different unknown long distance numbers. Some of these numbers call me 4 to 5 times a day.  What a joke!!!!!!!!!!

Shows up as Customer Service, they are also calling about the car warranty and a***n we have told them we aren't interested and to remove us and they continue to call

caller id = unavailable. We never recieved calls like this until we put our number on the government"s do not call list??? The government gives this list to whomever wants it. Suggestion for someone in the government...get a credit card, with small credit line, give these idiots the number, then when they use it, bust them, or are they smarter than you??? It ain't rocket science!

Call everyday sometimes with different numbers keep complaining but seens like it don't help. I'm on the do not call list. What good is that.

Customer Service Message said someone would be with you shortly. Gus answered and said this was Feature Films for Families. He said that I had signed up for free films on the internet and that Feature Films for Families was going to send me free films for review. I asked to be removed for the call list. I was told that I would be taken off the list by Gus.

Rude, woman said she was from Feature Family Films and they owed my wife money. I asked them not to call back a***n, the lady said she would anyway.

I called this number back and was told they do calls for a couple of different companies. Would'nt give names of companies and wanted my phone number. I ***g up.

I just got a call from them, I tried to answer it and they ***g up on the second ring. Ugh how annoying!!! But reading other peoples comments makes me want to not answer them.

At least they seem to have a pattern in Colorado -- They call every other night at 8:30pm...  I've told them "the lady in the house" has no interest but they don't seem to get it...  I guess next time I'll tell them she's passed away and that I want their name/number to ensure that the house no longer receives phone calls !!!

Called for Feature Films for Families. I bought some films several years ago. I told the rep "NO, Thank you" THREE times and finally had to hand up on him.

I bought films when my son was younger, referred friends etc, and now I have asked repeatedly FOR MONTHS to remove my name and they have not.  They call from different phone numbers and they don't care what time they call.  They just called me at 8:11AM on a SA****AY morning!  This is unacceptable and I would like to be removed ASAP!  I tried calling their customer service 1.800.326.4598. and I've been on hold for 20 mins.and now I got a recording to say that I can leave them a message.  Wonderful practice isn't it... NOT!I am going to try to call them back a***n and a***n until they remove me from their list.  The guy that called me was more robotic than an automated recording.  When I tried to talk to him, he wouldn't even pause in his s***ch, so I rudely ***g up on him but I don't like being woken up and then not being able to get a word in.  They're going to lose alot of business because of THEIR rudeness.  I know for sure I will be telling all the poeple I referred them to be careful!

This same company has called me from 6 different area codes this week, trying to get me to answer!  Does anyone ever get a second try call from the same number?  I can block the number but if they just call back from a different number that plan won't work too well.

Here is the weird thing Yes - I signed up at one point with Featured Family Films. But I never game my cell phone #. This phone # called my cell phone.

I get calls from 201-257-4536.  I let it go through to my answering ma****e and then they **** up.  When I dial *69 to check the last number called, it is this telephone number.  It happens often.  It is nice to know where this call is coming from but how do I get off of their list?  How can they get away with this?  I am on a "no-call" list as well but it does not seem to make a difference.  I am grateful for this website!

This is the worst! They don't even talk! As soon as I answer this number it ****s up on me! What is going on? It is kinda creepy. They call every morning, afternoon and night!!!!

She was very nice when I asked to be removed and said it could take up to 24hours...hopefully it worked! Thanks to this site!

201-257-4536 - number belongs to Conde Nast - magazine subscription service to discuss buying magazines or renewing subscriptions.  Call 1-800-805-3185 to be removed from their calling list.

They continue to call here from 2 different numbers.  I have told them repeadedly that I am not interested and am on the "DO NOT CALL" registry.They still keep calling

I have also purchased several great family movies for my kids from Feature Films for Families.  On the other hand, on a day like today we've already received 3 calls from them.  It would be nice if they would lay off a bit.  Tomorrow we may get several calls from one of their other numbers.

I bought some films for my grandkids when young.  Now I get the calls.  I've declared no interest but as you can see they are calling as of June 19,2008 at 8 pm CDT.

They do use Feature Films for Families, but they also use the name of the Agent that calls sometimes.  They are very nice if you have questions their website is www.familytv.com.  they make clean family films

This is from Film for Families based out of Utah.  They use several phone numbers none using their company name,  Calls from "Ryan and Andrea are from the same irritating company.

They just called right now asking for "The lady of the house", so I asked who was calling, "This is Dorian, can I speak to the lady of the house".  Me: "Will she know who's calling?"..."This is Dorian, can I speak to the lady of the house".  Me: "Good bye Dorian"I don't know if that was some sort of computer or what? but thank goodness for this website!

Caller asked for my wife.  I said she's working, and he replied "Ok, will call back later."  When I asked who it was, he ***g up.  I called him back, and got a message from a company whose name was cut off from the beginning of the message.  They said my call was important and would be answered in the order it was recieved.  Then I got a busy signal.

First time they called this number. This is so annoying! People that do these fake phone calls need to get a life.
