This is happening more and more frequently!! Got another call from the above listed number and when I announced our office name...I got "silence and then they just ***g-up on me" A***N!!! Who is this agency??!! Their agency has no business m****s or ethics!!! Were they not taught manners and just plain consideration??!! Quit bothering good hard-working individuals (we do exist still)!!!
Called my home tonight. No message left. I tried to call it back to get info but it went to the party is unavailable and to leave a message at the tone.
No anwser
Not sure if it would do any good, but I call back and leave as many messages as I can. Everyone should just keep calling them back and leaving annoying messages.
Get at least two calls a day for over a year now. They claim to have warranty information on your car or truck. Talked to the little ***** and he ***g up on me as well.

This one is going to be t***** to shut down, but I've a plan. First, here's the ID detail. The people calling work for a company, but aren't representing it. They are using their physical access to the facility to commit outright credit card crimes. This isn't a shady marketer or such. These are NJ *****heads calling to get your credit card number and nothing more. In some cases, they have simply ***g up after getting a ****er's CC number. Bottom line, this isn't a Do Not Call violation, or such. It's outright fraud/theft. Report it to the local police authorities. They conveniently provide email contact at [email protected]. They're rude and abusive and **** up because they're outright criminals. If it seemed a bit much, well, it is. Oh, they pick Dish TV as their scam because they have the most fined telemarketers on record, plus they actually do call for them, so it seems to them so****ing that people will believe is actually telemarketing, instead of cri*****e company whose facilites they are using is Omnipoint Communications Incorporated. Their main office is at 60 Newark Pompton Tpke Wayne, NJ 07470. But Omnipoint is all over the place, a Delaware corporation registered as a foreign en***y in NJ, based in NY. But they are actually owned by T-Mobile, based, in Washington State. In the US, that is. They're a multinational with offices in the US, based in Washington. Anyway, there have been a number of lawsuits about the placing of those satellite towers, brought a***nst Omnipoint by muni****lities. There's a pretty good body of case law that T-Mobile is civilally responsible for the actions of locals in the employ of Omnipoint. There's a standard legal contact there that handles such issues. I think the right approach is to formally- that means in writing and to the address for legal service as well- notify him of the criminal actions of Omnipoint employees, and let him know that he will be held civilally liable for any damages and fines. Given the volume of calls/complaints, T-Mobile's continuing to provide a premises/hardware for the rogues' criminal activities is actionable He has email too. His contact info is:MARIN FETTMANT-MOBILE USA, INC.12920 SE 38TH STREETBELLEVUE WA 98006Phone: (425) 378-6081Fax: (425) 920-2638 EMAIL: [email protected] DOTSON is basically the COO, I believe, though it's easy to research their corporate structure for what you think it would be worth.Oh, the number the crooks use for their "real business phone" is 201-257-4801. If they're ****d up and you call with the right scam of your own, you might get them to reveal so****ing of their ID that Omnipoint can use to finger them. As if they don't know already. At least you'll have a chance to yell obscenities at them before they do at you. If you have ANY doubt about my characterization, call and say, "Hello, I'm Joe Smith of the Boise office of the FCC, and...", and you'll hear, "Yeah, F*ck You", and he ****s up. That's not an ambitious telemarketer. Hacking their internal PBX reveals that he has recorded his name on the extension as "Richard Cranium". Truth for once! Yes, dude, you are D*** Head.

2 calls a day. When I asked a live person to stop calling he ***g up on me.
This number calls every single day several times per day. A pre-recorded message advises some great offer and to speak to a representative press 1 and to be removed from their list press 2. Well, I'm certain I have selected 2 on many occasions but they still keep calling me. So today I selected 1 and was connected to a representative. I asked them who is calling and I was advised "this is a promotional company for DishNetwork." He then said I will put you on the do not call list without my asking him to do so!!! I told him thank you and he ***g up. Interesting? I had better not get anymore calls from DishNetwork. I'm keeping track of all calls now as of today. Plan to file complaints on anyone who continues to blatantly ignore requests to stop calling.
call constantly
This number calls repeatedly. There are a couple of other numbers that are connected to the same people. I have tried to opt out, but when I get someone on the line at the end of the recording, and tell them to take my number off their list, they **** up on me. I dial the number back and sometimes, there is an opt out, but they still call back. I've even gotten someone by calling back before and he said he would take my number off the list, but I STILL receive calls. I do not need DISH NETWORK. I already have it. I think I will sue. They are taking my rights away by continuing to call, and they are breaking the law.
stop calling my phone
Keeps calling my cell phone.
They call constantly, and I can't get removed. Their vm for removal is full, and the rep ****s up as soon as I request it.
Unable to request removal from list. Operator ****s up on caller.
He proposed to send me details of grants from the Federal Govt. Took my credit card # and ***g up. I have been trying to call him without success. The # keeps saying mailbox is full for two days now. I need a # to reach them right now.
Once I got transferred to a human, I asked to be placed on their do not call list and the male voice ***g up on me. Date of call 7-25-08 at 17:37 hours.
they call my work, i press 2 to tell them that they are rea****g me in error and it says that the mail box is full... no s**t, because no one wants them calling them... i press 1 to hear about their "great offer" and tell the **** that answers to take me off the list, and he ****s up on me!
These guys ****. They call me several times a week and I've also asked them to take me off their list only to be told to F.off. And I'm also on the DNCL. The FTC and FCC are definitely not here to serve the public.
the telemarketer keeps calling me its the same **** autodialer with the same messege every single time calling about Sattelite. its says press 1 to talk to a person press 2 to be put on our do not call list , when you press 2 all you hear is to be put own our do not call list please go search for the do not call registry. If you press 1 and say that you on the do not call list they **** up on you, everytime i've asked to speak with a manager or anyone higher up than the person im speaking with they **** up it has happened every single time
i am on the "do not call" list, that means DO NOT CALL
i am on the "do not call" list as of 2 weeks ago, they continue to call
i don't know who they are i answered and ***g up right away. i am sick of these calls. i think it has some thing to do with my cable company. i get my phoine service from them and i think they are selling the numbers. i have never recieved so many telemarketing calls before. i aways have my # unlisted, but, i checked online the other day and my # popped up. i'm glad i'm paying extra to have an unlisted #!!!
They called my SISTER'S HOME which is 200 miles away from where I live and, ironically, I was visiting there to tend to her needs after shoulder surgery. They just left a message on her answering ma****e, and, apparently, our goofy message threw them off a little. It was definitely a person, but it creeps me out that they asked for me by my first name while just visiting there.
got tired of seeing this number, am on DNCL, was going to tell them to take me off list. went around and around to finally talk to someone - of course the voice mail to have your number removed was full and could not accept any calls, so I went thru "wanting more information" when I told George that I did not want more info, he ***g up on me!
Keeps calling for satelite service even when told that the number is on the DNCL.
call at least 2 times aweek all hours
Since the Caller ID says "Unknown Name" I let my ma****e get the call and the **** up, but they call every day
Called and ***g up on ma****e.
received call from this number and when I tried to ask them to stop calling me they ***g up on me... they've called me repeatedly even when asked not to
calls early in the morning
recieved call at 315AM from this #
I answered and no one was there. Then why call?
Dish Network. Harrassing calls that will not stop after we have repeatedly asked not to call.
Repeated calls with no option to remove your number.
******, barking, pre-recorded dialogue about the Dish Network. They call my boss's phone number at least once a day under a variety of different telephone numbers, once being 231-732-2628. At the end of the blurb, they provide a prompt to press 2 to opt out of the calls, but that only disconnects the call. Guaranteed, they'll be pestering you a***n. Whenever I opt to press 1 to speak to a live rep, I get ***g up on when I request to be removed from their list. I WISH I COULD BOTHER THEM AT THEIR HOME!
This number has called me twice in the past 10 minutes!
Continues to call after requesting to be taken off their call list
Unsolicited telemarketer
repetedly calls
Caller is calling a Government line.
Keep getting calls from this number, but there is no answer.
Same story -- two calls from them in the last 24 hours, and I've only had my cell phone a few weeks. Is there some way to block these ****s?
Keep getting calls from this number, but there is no answer.
Keep receiving calls from this number, and get no response when I answer. Just s****ed today, and when I tried to call it back only received busy signal
