Continually receive the calls from the 201 and 401 area codes. These *******s are cir***venting DNC rules by saying that they are responding to your interest cards that you filled out. What "BS" as the other posters have said!! Now these "telemarketing *********s" have "corrupted" the "Private Name/Private Number feature of our telephone companies. I have answered my phone thinking it was a relative when it was some clown "hiding" behind "Private Name/Private Number"!! What are we to do? You can't "threaten" them with DNC complaints since NO NUMBER shows up in your Caller I.D.! Now, when a "Private Name/Private Number" comes in, I let the caller speak before I answer it!!

Someone from this number keeps calling my cell phone, when I answer there is no one there and when I don't they refuse to leave me a voice mail.

I can't remember how long it has been. I also called the numbers and pressed option 1 to speak to someone. I then asked that person to remove my number from there list. They had no problem doing it. I asked them how the got my info and they proceeded to tell me it was from a online college course form that I filled out. TOTALLY BOGUS! I don't do that kind of stuff. I stay off the internet as much as I can. Plus if I wanted to go to school it would not be on the internet.

I am getting all kinds of calls from 202-870-5013, 201-257-4829, 410-774-8401, and unknown.No messages are left and I refuse to answer the calls.  W***ver you are "STOP CALLING ME" or I will report you to the Attorney General's office in your area as well as your carrier companies.

Ok, Does anyone ever follow up on any of these complaints? I've blocked 3 other numbers on my cell (413-216-3899, 973-813-7744, 410-774-8401)and now this one. Surely someone has to notice the pattern. It's the same thing; I get 4 or 5 calls a day. They never leave a message and the caller ID doesn't identify who it is. I know it has to be the same people doing it. You block a number and another one takes it's place. I'm tired of this little game.

It is listed as unknown name and I am On the Do Not Call registry.

They call several times a day (and evening) but they won't leave a message. The telephone calls are ALWAYS at the MOST unappropriate times! I want them to stop calling me NOW!

I've gotten calls from 410-774-8410 and 201-257-4829.  Called the 410 back, it rings once, an automated women answers and says, "Thank You, Goodbye."  So I called it back from a different number, got the option to speak with someone and told her to remove me from the list. We'll see, it's very annoying.  My girlfriend has the same area code, so I s****ed thinking maybe it was a friend or family of hers.  Not the case.

has called 8 times since yes****ay, s****ing at 7:30pm. They've called twice so far today, 8:49am and 11:54am.

This number is calling me many times thoughout the day ID is CI that is it they leave no message I want them to stop. They dont reguardless of what I tell them, I have called it back all I get is a busy signal on it. I am at the point now they may just hear more then what they are calling for.

I have gotten a call once yes****ay and once today from this number. They ask for my sister whom does not live with me and he never leaves a message just says he will call back. She has only given my number once for an emergency number when she was having surgery 3 months ago!

Got a call, missed it, so called back. Career Ins***ute. They said I filled out information and was interested in online courses. What I did was fill out a Kaplan University scholarship form, and am now getting about 3 calls a week from a variety of online college providors.

I received a call from a maryland phone, which was 401-774-8401, and I blocked the number.  About an hour later I received a call from 201-257-4829, the caller ID showed the caller as call center.  I went online and looked the number up, and came across this website.  It seems that since the first number was blocked they used another number.
