He phoned from a blocked phone number. He said he was from Microsoft Technical Support. He said that my Windows PC was sending error messages. He said I should go to my computer and he would guide me throughout it and show me the problem. I told him that someone was at my door and I had guests arriving so could he give me his number and I would phone him back. He gave me 1-201-282-5615. He had a heavy India accent and the din behind him indicated he was in a call centre. He was a scammer. I do not own a windows PC.

Someone with a far eastern accent called in regards to a Windows issue. Said they were from Remote PC Security. I asked for the phone number in order to verify their "official"ness. Tried to call them back on a Magic Jack number and after two rings we are disconnected....sounds like another sales pitch to me...
