This company has been calling non-stop for 3 days s****ing at 7 am and ending around 7 pm!!!!!! It is quite annoying and i want it to stop!!!!!

This number has been calling me 10 times a day!!!!!! S****ing at 7 am...who the***** are they????

Well I've come back with an update. Apparently pressing 2 doesn't do anything but reduce the number of calls you get from them a day. They just called me a***n, it's been going on a week now, and I told them I'm going to report their number to the police if they call a***n. Let's see what they do now.

FYI, just like most of the people that have posted before me, I have been receiving non stop calls from this number with no message.  The number that they are calling however is a virtual line that I use for business, so when I logged in there was 2 whole pages of nothing but calls from this number, literally every 20 minutes.  I don't know who it is, but if they are calling that often, that is harassment!  I followed the advice of one of the previous posters and called back, then pressed 2 which added my number to the DNC list.  I did notice on the caller ID however that it says "Cigna".  I hope that this helped.

Same story here. 6 to 8 times a day.  I called back twice and pressed #2 to be taken off call list and they still called this morning.  I told the girl that I will report them if they don't s**** calling.  Haven't received another call since but the day is still young.

For the last two days this number has been calling me persistently at around the same time. Yes****ay i finally decided to answer and a lady says to me "i know you're 18 i just need to know what your family income is" so i tell her im actually 17 and she asks if she can speak to a parent or guardian over 18 and i lie and say im alone so she says "ill call back tomorrow" and ****s up instantly.i think its a scam. If they call me back today ill answer and ask them if they're a scam and just mess with them

I signed up for some online survey site last week and have been called several time a day from this number ever since. I answered the phone on Sa****ay morning 8:30 (grrr!) and it was this "government grant" company. They gave me their grant spiel and then asked for $2 to have access to their website which supposedly helps with finding grants and writing the grant applications. I told them I was not interested in giving my credit card info over the phone, could they send me info in the mail? And the caller, following a script I'm sure, wouldn't let me off the phone until I had verbally declined the offer completely.I wish that was the end of my tale.  4 hours later, I received a call from the same number, and every 15 minutes since then they call a***n. I haven't answered yet, because I find it less annoying to hit end call than to have to speak to these people a***n.

I s****ed getting calls from this number a few days ago. For an hour or so I would get a bunch of calls from them and then they would leave me alone for a while only to s**** up a***n either later in the day or the next day. Whenever I picked up I would not get any response and if I called the number back ***ody would pick up. I told a friend of mine about it and she called the number with the same results. But I guess she's had more experience with those types of calls than I have and she told me to call the number back and sit through the answering service for a few seconds then press 2. Miracle of miracles after I pressed 2 another automated message said that I had been placed on their do not call list. Hopefully this info helps anyone else that is having trouble with these people.

Over the past two days I have been receiving calls on my cell phone from this number.

i was also called about a grant and got unsure when they asked for the two dollars fee. i donot want to be scammed. can anyone who has got they're grant conferm that this is not a scam????i have looked this up on better business bearu and they are not located, so that meens they do not have a business licence. ***

They asked me to apply for an application and said they would charge me a $2 fee, but when I asked her about the location where she is calling from she said she was calling a location from Utah. I didn't believe her based on the area code. Can anyone confirm this?? If anyone else filled out any application online regarding student grants

I receive calls from this number at least 8 times a day it is really getting to be a pain in the A## ! It doesnt let up it is consistant for about and hour then it stops and s****s all over a***n the next day!

Number calls cell phone 6-8 times per day--will not leave a message.  Called number back--system does not identify company...gives you an option to speak with a customer service representative.  When you press 1 for this option, you get another recording "due to the high call volume, there are no representatives to****ist you.  Please select another option from our menu."  If you press 1 too many times, it disconnects the call and you get a busy signal.  We are also on the cell phone Do Not Call Registry.  If number keeps harassing us, will file a complaint with FCC.

receive calls from this number many times a day, I have numbers blocked except Contact List only numbers.No message every left.
