Number calls multiple times a day and has been for two weeks. No one answers.

This is a FBI defined SCAM called...TDoS Scam or telephonic Denial of Service.  They want your credit card information so they can Clean Out Your Bank Accounts.  Go to www.fbi.com and read their warnings.  Put in an online complaint form.  Then report them to The National Do Not Call List.  And be sure to call your bank and beef up the security on your accounts.

Yep! here's a good one try 25 times within 10 minutes from 201-205-8704 or Michel Manneh and I dont owe anyone. When I looked up the number it came back to NCO Finical using the name Michel Manneh...This need to STOP! and not to say when I answer the phone they **** up.....

this number has called me three times in the past thirty minutes. No one is on the other line. dead silence. the last call i yelled i have reception stop calling and the line was terminated within 10 seconds. who the***** is this.?

This number keeps calling. When I answer the phone, no one is there. It is soooo annoying. They have called 8 times in the past 90 minutes!! I know this is harassment, and I will contact the AZ State Attorneys office and file a formal complaint.

I keep receiving calls from 201-285-8704 and there is never anyone on the other end of the call, after about 10 seconds the call terminates. There have been 7 calls in the past two days. I called the number back and received a customer service recording that had only three options, "speak to an operator," "block future calls," and  "terminate call." When I pressed 1 to speak to an operator I received another recording telling me that all of their operators were busy and that I was to choose another option, so I chose 2 to block future calls, after which I received three more calls. Who are these people?

This number 201-285-8704, they are harrassing me!  I am unemployed like a lot of other people I know and they call me 10-20 times  a day between 6:00 pm & 7:00 and I've told them to quit calling, but they still are.  I have been diagnosed with a severe mental illness and if they keep calling, I will sue them!

This number called our home number six times between 7:00 PM and 8:41PM. The name that came up on our caller ID was Michele Mennah. I found out through investigation this number actually belongs to NCO Financial which is a horrible debt collecting agency. I have had dealing with them before in the past and they are debt collector bully's. In the past they have used very threatening tackets to the point of scaring you to *****. DON'T buy into their scare tactics. They are evil people.  Most people that have bad debt are usually debt because so****ing major happened that was beyond their control to put them there. If you need to pay off a debt that is old don't pay the debt off through NCO. Go to the original owner of the debt and call them to pay off the debt. Talk to the debt owner and explain your situaltion and usually they will work with you. A***n do not pay your debt off through NCO because they will make a profit off the paid debt if you pay through them. Don't allow them the satisfaction. They thrive on their bully tactics. Please research this if you don't believe me. NCO has a terrible track record...just find out for yourself.
