It is from a company called CAT Technology (www.catamerica.com or www.cattechnologies.com) They are a recruiting agency and probably got your number from any of the various job websites like Monster or Dice. They just contacted me through email and telephone to notify me of a position in my area that I might be interested in.

Very aggressive - caller first asked for voicemail, then spoke directly with me, caller insisted that he knew me, obviously was reading my CV online, and repeatedly called me and as the calls kept coming, the aggression increased to ending with a voicemail with "I love you" and repeated demands for a meeting and a meeeting in a hotel.used these numbers as well:201-298-1696201-298-1739201-298-1688201-298-1716201-298-1612
