This number called my cellphone & left a voicemail about my 'vehicle warranty that is about to expire'. Considering my vehicle is a 2000 model with 97,000 miles on it, I'm pretty sure my warranty is long gone!! When I googled the number, it came up as belonging to a Luis Santiago in Palisades Park, NJ. I've had the expiring warranty call before, but this is a new number for it.

Car warranty "expired", which seems unlikely news since factory warranty expired on my vehicle years ago.  I strongly suspect this is the same organization that has called me from other numbers, I think including 928-819-9988 and 251-824-1114.  Could be that it's merely the same scam, but I've gotten several of these calls over the past 2 or 3 weeks and never any before, and usually I only get junk calls on my cellphone a few times a year.

I got the call on my cell phone while my home phone rang as well, it was odd, my answering ma****e was saying the same thing as my cell phone.

missed the call. number disconnected. About the Car warrant scam, They probably want you to give them personal information, so they can steal your iden***y.

Got a call from this number today. if i dont know who it is - i don't answer. but good to know not to answer anyway.

Just got a call from this number at 2:58pm on 7/15/08. No one I know, so I ignored it.

Missed a call on my cell phone.  I didn't recognise the number and I'm on the federal do not call list.Last time this happened I saw a lot of reports saying the caller was asking for info about their vehicle.  Sounds like an auto-theft ring looking for cars to steal.

I got a call from this number too.  They called about the warranty on my car expiring.  I pressed "1" to speak to a live person, got a really rude **** who told me to disregard the call and then ***g up.  When I tried to call back, it said the number was "disconnected."  Sounds like a telemarketer.

Yeah, I just got a missed call from that fool, and I called literally a minute later, and I got a recording that said the number was disconnected!

IT WAS A MISSED CALL FOR ME ON MY CELL.  I CALLED IT BACK AND IT SAID THE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED...

i got a call from this number too and i can't call it back.. its really just some telemarketer??

At 10:41 A.M. on 7/15/08, I received a call from this number.  It's the third or fourth one.  It's some auto-dial message about my vehicle warranty expiring.  It is obviously some type of sales call.

The tele****s are s****ing to use real names and tel numbers to get people to answer. Most are political calls.
