same happened to me

Got a call from this ph# saying that unwanted files were downloaded to my computer and he was calling to help me. He said he was with customer service. I asked him which computer was he talking about. He said just go to my computer and he will show me what he is talking about. He could not answer any questions as to what company he was from or who he was trying to reach. I told him I will not give him access to any of my computers and ***g up. Anyone else gotten calls like this???
