This is the second time I got call from this number. Today I saved this number as SCAM CALL, so my kids will know not to answer the call from this number.

They called my cell I didn't answer, I called it back got an automated message stated I have won a $100 gift card, I let the message finish then I pushed 2 to opt out of their list.....

They called my cell number. I called them back from a business number (not my cell) and advised the live person I spoke to that I'd be reporting them to authorities. The person did not respond and I ***g up at that point.

This appears to be a scam or at least phone phishing, and it appears to be localized to cell phone numbers. So the question is: What can they gather/learn from the 2 ring call to a cell phone? Or probably more likely: What can they gather/learn from those phones that call them back?

DON'T CALL IT BACK It's a scam and you will probably be charged for the call back. Block the number if you can.
