(201) 403-9423

Yes****ay, I received a call from the number with an automated recording "This is a test of the emergency notification system...this is test message one of two" Today, the same number called, I did not pick up and it left the same voicemail message. One hour later, another phone call from a similar number 201-403-9423 leaving a voicemail with the same exact recording and the same exact voice.

I got a call from this number saying it was an emergency test.  When I called back it said it was the Oradell Emergency Notification System.  I never registered for this! I want them to stop calling me! The other number that called was 201-403-9978
