Called to my cell phone about carpet care; before they could finish i ***g up

Received this "spam" call on my cell phone from Carpet Care, but under a different number, 201-257-6013. There was no option to be removed from their call list (as is legally required)so I pressed "1" to be connected for "an appointment."  When I began asking questions, the person ***g up before I could say remove this number from your list. When I called back, I got a message "your international call can not be completed as dialed...." Appears they use different numbers because I see another complaint for Carpet Care under different number.

I answered the call and said 'hello' several times.  No response.  Heard background noise and then party ***g up.
