They call at least 3 times a day. Called and when I wanted to talk to a real person got ***g up on. They won't stop calling.

I never answer calls that come from other area codes due to too many scams, spams, etc. I know when I'm expecting calls. I called this number from an unknown land line and it answers as a Verizon business and an automated system asks if you are a Verizon customer, and if so press 1, if not press, etc. If it is so important for them to reach us, then leave a voice mail. I've never received v/c, texts from them. They are beyond harassment. I am a Verizon customer since 1999 and NEVER been so harassed before til this year. I believe it has to do with going paperless, which isn't even worth it if going to be harassed. I've always paid my cell bill IN FULL, maybe a day or three late, but ALWAYS PAID IN FULL. They don't know a good customer from a bad customer. Going to call Verizon myself and complain.

They keep calling, not leaving a voice mail. It's not the actual Verizon, cuz they send texts/emails and leave v-mails when they want their money. Maybe it's some company claiming to be Verizon.

We received a call from (201) 448-9347 and they we very forward on the phone. They were very demanding and when I called the number back after they ***g up, the automatic system asked for your 10 dugut phone number and if you don't key it in, the computer transfers you and then proceeds to **** up on you. Very nice!!!
