Have been receiving multiple unanswered calls from them each week.  Area code 201 is in New Jersey, so I have a hard time believing they are SoCal Edison.

This phone number has been calling me so frequently and it's not funny!!   It finally left me a msg and said the sa****ing from Southern California Edison and wanted me to call back.  I doubt very much it's from Southern Ca Edison.  When I have time; I will call the Edison's 800 # and get to the bottom of it.  Must be some kind of "Scammer"!!

Called the number back. It is someone claiming to be Southern California Edison. They wanted to verify the phone number and residence. For questions they give you another number 18772699660. Couldn't find that number as one reported on this site or on the Edison site. ... I am befuddled.

Got about five calls within the last week from them, finally answered.  It was a automated message from Southern California Edison calling for some random person. It sounded like a service call, but I wasn't paying attention.  If you go through the prompts it will allow you to say that they have a wrong number.

Just got call from this number. Looked up area code and found this site. Interesting to see I'm not only person to get these calls.

Numerous calls no message left. I called the number and got a recored message that informed me that I was not calling from the number then called. My guess is that this has got to be some kind of low life bill collector.

Multiple call from this number finally answered it. Recorded message claiming to be Edison Co.

Two calls from this number today, no message left. I don't answer calls from unknown callers, so stop wasting your time.
