I just got a call from 210-474 2953 . My number is on the Do Not Call List so why are they calling and isn't this a violation of the DNC policies?

i didn't answer it. they left an automated message from Survey USA to take a *****chusetts health survey. This is probably the 4th time I've seen this on my caller id since I moved here (approx 5 months!)

Called at 6:44 PM on 10/25/07, Caller ID said "unknown name" and when I answered, no one said anything.
