I got this same call 3 times in the last 2 days. I do not tolerate this BS. I filed a complaint with the FCC and the FBI.

Three people who work in my office have been getting these calls for months. One the man even told him he was a donkey. Seriously a donkey? His calls went on for months.Another man in the office has now been getting them almost every day.And another one who works in the office is a relative of mine, they called asking for me as they were looking for this person as they had a warrant for their arrest. They call from both the 201 and 818 numbers. Also had a few calls from this "company" for some of our guys who work in the field. We were able to stop those quickly by saying we do not have a way to get a hold of them.These people are pure evil. They need to be stopped!

The caller stated he was an attorney with a Allstate Legal.  His accent was clearly southern Indian.  He called me on my office phone.  I told him he was not allowed to call me at work. He tried to argue that he was a lawyer and could call me anywhere he wanted.  Then I told him that I knew he was an Indian national and that I knew he was from an illegal preditory fake debt firm.  I told him I would happily meet him in court, and that if he called my office a***n, I would file an illegal harrasment suit personally.  He called back twice following.  We need to join forces to stop these people.  Can we s**** a class action suit?

201-477-1372 is the number. They have been harrassing me for a week now. I knew orm thought it was bogus but was worried. My lawyer told me to google the numbe. We should be able to press charges a***nst them for defamation or character and fraud. Threatened me at my occupation. And how is it that they have all my personal information. Is there away we could sue them and them arrested. It's nerve wrecking but I am glad you all posted now my blood pressure can go back down.

This company has been calling me for the last 6 days and they even ran out my cell phone minutes. I thought that it was so****ing serious. I have never applied or received a loan. They should be arrested! I wonder if a lawsuit can be filed a***nst them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know they should not be allowed to callan harras you at home, let alone at your place of work. They call leave messages an lie out their a** to scary you,thinking that you will just magically make money appear to take care of the situation.

Wow..... *****....I just had this call today!!!From same number stating that the police were gonna be at my home tomorrow to arrest me.... *****....I laughed. He also said his name was William Turner!!!! I laughed a***n and told the derka derka , that is a horrible fake American name, Can't you do any better than that you hodgie piece of s**t,Keep calling me and your going to end up like your brothers in Iraq!  ****** derka's. Still unfortunate that they have all my info and ssn number. **** fraudsters.

this company keeps calling me and threatening me for loan that I never apply for it. They knew my ssn, last 4 of my ATM card. telling me that they going to take me to court, his going to send and investigator to have me arrested.  I send him to***** and told him to come on and do it. They have several telephone numbers;818-579-7692, 201-477-1372. If they contact you, mention that you reported to the police and they are under investigation.  Cancel and request a new ATM or Credit card number to be in the save side. And don,t give them any information by telephone. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!!!!

YEAP!! Please do not believe this caller. He said they were suing me because of a debt back in 2010. What???? That is crazy!! He said I had court the next day. This person has a heavy accent.....and same thing I told them I never received anything by certified mail or by regular mail. He said they send it by email. My husband also received a call. He research and if this is true by Law they need to send information by mail. Please be careful do not give any info and do not pay over the phone……

Just got a call from these people saying that my husband was going to jail and that there was a list of charges being filed a***nst him. Then when I confronted them with being a fraud he told me to try to do anything about it. I then s****ed getting calls from "federal investigative dept" who is also a fraud. Dont let these people scare you.

got a call from this number stating that i had a loan that needed to be paid from easy advance payday loan..the same people call me from another number of area code 337.. i do not owe a loan company this is a scam they want my info but said that they couldnt give me any info or send me any information..***
