Scam, trying to pass as the government giving out free grants randomly to people who pay their bills on time and have been randomly selected based on phone number. Said he was calling from Washington, but had a NJ number, and was going to give me a confirmation number after our call and connect me directly to the department of Treasury to collect my money, then mumbled so****ing about needing a visa or mastercard.
