I got the same ****s calling me just now. An Indo woman. She left a message, "about your rental agreement." Huh?! Googling her number, it says "Spyder Web Enterprises" -- a "rental" agency in New Jersey. I'm in Ca***a. I need a rental agent in New Jersey?! I think their scam is: They go through craigslists in North America, specifically in the "housing wanted"/"offered" sections, then phone people they think have aging (I'm retired) or dim ***ins and tell them we have a "rental agreement". Baloney!Here's what I am doing: (1) I'm calling my telephone company to get a "Block" put on that phone number. (2) I'm reporting their a**es to any internet site to share this information about them.

Indian sounding lady left me a v/m about me email coming back. Who knows, but I'm.  Not calling her back.

I got the same call on my answering ma****e -- said he was from Sublet.com and my email address came back invalid. I'd had no dealings with that company. I notice that the number he said to call back to was Howard Miller at 16 Arcadian Way Paramus, NJ; the number was also listed for Spyder Web Enterprises, which owns a number of website enterprises related to roommate sear****g and subletting. No idea what this scam is.

Same as all the above.I put in a listing at Sublet.com a couple weeks ago and I think this was some sort of follow up call to get you to become a member or so****ing...

It's really sad that there are sad people like this guy out there trying to rip people off and even sadder that people fall for it. Got a call from this guy on my cell and he was very hard to understand and kept asking, Do you still have the apartment for rent? At least that's what I thought he was saying.  Told him he had the wrong number.Odd.

got same call, said his name was Alex of Publix.com. I couldn't understand the rest of his message. Weird

someone called today from this number, left message. He was Indian, and talked really fast, but kinda slurred all his words together. Therefore can not understand anything except maybe every fifth word. So****ing to do with some order I placed at _______.com, no clue who this is . As I have not ordered anything.

They didn't leave a message. Don't know who this is either. Weird.

It's an indian guy with a heavy accent claiming my husband's email came back as invalid and he needs his new one...***. Sounds like it's coming from a call center from India and being connected over here in the US.He said his name is Shane from public.com and to call him back at 201-845-7300.
