The above "business owner" must be full of S**t or one of Wes's "scam" friends with their mobster names...Tony, Frank, Joe Gallo, etc.  This phone # is a crock...and when you ignore calls from this number..they s**** calling from their cell phones.  Idiots.

Hey guys wait a minute! Im a small buisness owner in jersey city and i had the pleasure of meeting Wes Michael who graciously gave me a personal tour of the JCpal Facility ! I was touched and could hardly contain my emotions when i saw all the big smiles on all those tiny innocent faces!knowing my donations have gone to such a meaningful worthy cause , i even look forward to Wes Michaels calls!In fact, Mr.Michael has even****ited me and done a few favors for my buisness in regards to city hall!one of the wonderful things his work and dedication does is to help keep kids out of court through sports and other motivational activities!Yes there are scams out there  and people should always be careful but Wes Michael is legitimatley****isting these children andnever once asked me to make a check personally to him, it is always for the Jpal.Whether he calls for it or Jpal calls for it , it still gets written to the Jpal ! instead of slamming good people doing good things, you should just visit the PAL yourself and im sure youd understand the need and the worthiness.I say , God bless Mr Michael for his kindness and concern and hard work!The city and its citizens are Lucky to have him!

Wes is still at it.  Says he's from JC Police PAL.  I called JC police just before he was supposed to come by to pick up a check, in return for advertising ****e in a PAL publication.  The police said not to give him any money and that there are a lot of scams like this out there.  The "pick-up man" did come by, but didn't leave with a check.He gave his number as 201-547-3517 x36 if I need to contact him, but the caller ID came up "Out of Area".  He's getting smarter.  That helps explain why ***ody's posted here in five months.

I recieved same call saying its from Jersey City Police PAL looking for check donation, its absolutely false. They take your money and keep 90% of it as administrative fees and give PAL $10%. I called police dept and they said if I want to make donation give directyly to station house not a third party. The guy said his name is Sal Cyrico and he keeps calling our office. Its a ficticious name from a scamming company. BEWARE!

CLEARLY THIS IS SOME KIND OF SCAM...DON'T TAKE THE BAIT!!!Caller identifies himself as Wes Michaels from the City of Jersey City, but won't give more information.  I called City Hall to verify if this is for real or not, the operator then dialed the number to see what's the deal - but the guy refused to speak to her or give her any details.
