The caller ID reads "ARS National SE" No messages left on the ma****e either. ARS National is a shady collection agency I looked up on Google. I do not have any debts by the way. They are clearly not following the rules of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They refuse to give the name of the company and their address when asked. Now they loophole the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by repeatedly calling and ****ing up. So I can't send the cease and desist letter and sue them for the harassing calls. I'm still logging their calls.

I have had different numbers every day calling me for the past couple of weeks. I have only spoken to one woman, and I asked what her name is. She asked for me personally. I don't know how they are getting my number, but it seems like it has spread every where. I have gotten phone calls from hong kong, and every time on each number I can not call it back. They never leave a message.

I got a call from this number yes****ay around 11am and when I went to call it back today to see who the***** was calling my cell phone it gave me an error saying that the number had been disconnected, so I tried it a few more times thinking maybe it didn't go through...if they call me a***n I will YELL at them...from reading what everyone else has wrote obviously these people are as*holes and don't deserve respect. Plus, it might be fun cussing out a company who har***** people, they'd deserve it!!!

Got a call from this number. Googles it and it said Charles Burgess--apparently an attorney for Citbank.I've not tried calling it back

I received a call from this number. I didn't reconize the name, so I let the caller ID pick up. They said*****o and then ***g up. I called back and the phone is not in service. I get these call all the time, asking for someone and they don't even live here. So they want to speak with me. I just **** up on them.

This number lists as a Citibank number. The webpage below lists a lot of numbers and who or what they belong to. Check it out. This number is on their list.

recieved several calls from these idiots looking for someone who previously had my phone number over a year ago...i just moved into my home and they have harassed my wife and my kids...As far as I am concerned when I find out who they are i will be coming for a piece of someones a**....It is on...I have tried several times to be courteous...an have been disrespected on a phone I pay for....you can step to me however, but the line is drawn at my wife and kids...  it will go down one of two ways when I find out who they are with a lawyer or a 9mm...this is a promise not a threat..

Someone just called me from this number and asked me for my name and I just said hold on and ***g up..I kinda got scared..:-p

I just got this call from this number. They were RUDE and asked for my mom, asked for an available spouse when I replied that my mom wasn't here. Then ***g up. Who the***** are they?

I've gotten a few calls from this number for someone I have never heard of.

The person will call and ask for me by name.  I ask who is calling, get the name Tiffany from the lady on the other end.  I ask what the call is about and she puts me on hold.  When I call back, it is a verizon wireless cell number which is not in service.

First time I have gotten a call from this number. I called it back and it was not in service.

This number calls me and never leaves a message. If I answer, they verify my name and then tell me they are an operator putting through a call and put me on hold.
