I received a call from 201-620-6798 and both times it was a women, she told me to get and void a check to show the UPS delivery man as proof since I mailed in the part of the claim form that I need to keep for my records as proof. She asked me for the name of my bank and a check number each time, not my routing or account numbers. I suggested that there are other forms of id such as a drivers license and the second women ***g up, the first one ***g up after I told her I have never heard of such a request to receive so****ing that I have won.
