These Bayonne, NJ numbers call all the time. Put them all on my blocked list. Don't have time for telemarketers, even if it's legit.

I asked for a website address to check out the business and was directed to www.avetsfoundation.org and it looks legitimate. The caller was soliciting funds for veterans, not NJ police, as one commenter noted. But it also could be a "clearinghouse" that solicits funds for several organizations using the same number. That I do not know.

Organization to get funds for the NJ police., not sure if legit or not, in anycase I declined, I'm acurrent member of the FOP, and for me that is more than enough for the benefits I have received till now, the last ticket in ******ia was over $1000.00, between court fees, lawer, and fine...the trooper refuse to even look at the courtesy card...
