I also am getting calls from this number. The first time in the night I ignore the call and it rings 4 times and hangs up when it reaches my answering machine. 20 minutes later they call again and it seems like they know when I get up to answer as they hang up after the 3rd ring just as I get to the phone. Weird.
This number calls all day long. If I answer I can hear background noise, but they always hang up. Last night I put my phone on silent for two hours and when I came back to it this number was on my "missed call" list 47 times! This is insane! When I call back, I get a recording that tells me this number "has been disconected".
