They have been calling me for over a month several times a day. I submitted a complaint to the New Jersey State's Attorneys office. Maybe if everybody who is being bothered by these people flooded the State's Attorneys Office, they might take action a***nst them.

This caller phones every hour on the hour s****ing at 7:30 in the morning until 10 in the evening. I have privacy manager and am on the do not call list but they still manage to get through. Who do I complain to?

This number calls my land line repeatedly, more than a dozen times a day. I believe it s****ed shortly after I bought my car in May 2008. I received so****ing in the mail about an extended warranty. This 'warranty offer' was obviously some scam, there were many red flags on this offer. I did not reply, I did a search and learned it was indeed a scam. I responded to an online request for FREE information on Government Grants. I received a call form a young woman she wanted my credit card number JUST to cover postage of the free information package, I asked a lot of questions and found out that the information is free online for 7 days then they will cahrge your account $49.95 per month for their services (?). I told her I was not intrested so got very angry so I ***g up. The next day the **** up calls s****ed. I had 12 in one day when they s****ed the next day I had my cell phone company block the number or I would probably still be receiving them. This Company needs to be shut down!!!!!!

Contact the FCC and ask for a complaint form 10.88. Telemarketers are not fellowing the FCC guide lines. You can sue the co. for harrassment. Get a lawyer first and an FCC agent. Hope this helps

I GOT THE NAME OF A WOMAN (LYN CRUISE) SAYING SHE WAS CALLING BECAUSE I HAD ANSWERED AN AD ON THE INTERNET(NOT TRUE!) I ASKED HER FOR THE ADDRESS OF THIS COMPANY (COLON SMART) AND SHE GAVE ME THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS: 4650 SW 51st Street, Suite 711, Davie, FL 33314 I THEN LAUNCHED INTO HER!!! I THREATENED TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE IF ANY FURTHER CALLS WERE PLACED TO MY CELL PHONE. SHE TRIED TO TELL ME THAT THIS WAS NO SCAM. I STRONGLY DISAGREED. I THEN ASKED FOR HER MANAGER. A MAN NAMED "CHRIS DAVIS" GOT ON THE PHONE AND I LAUNCHED INTO HIM WITH MY THREAT OF CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. HE SOUNDED VERY NERVOUS AND PROMISED TO PERSONALLY REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THEIR DATABASE. I STRONGLY SUGGEST ANYONE WHO GETS A LIVE VOICE TO DO THE SAME AS I DID ABOVE.
