Either a recording of a lady pretending her headset is malfunctioning or someone who's headset is actually malfunctioning. Giving away some sort of free 3 day Disney Vacation / Cruise .. Most likely some type of telemarketing where you end up paying for it in some sort of hidden fees or time.
